Most days you get a rude employee Who seems to be inconvenienced because you’re there getting what you need

Rogersville Pharmacy has always provided excellent care so much that when I just drove from Texas to see my Springfield provider and they asked which Pharmacy there was no hesitation. I'll drive from wherever I am staying to pick up my prescriptions here. I lived for several years in Rogersville and never thought I would miss the local businesses as much as I have. They are also a Christian run business which means a lot to me.

Tech in the drive through was rude and unprofessional. Waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they weren't able to fill my prescription.

By far one of the best Pharmacies around! The Pharmacist and Technicians are very knowledgeable. They truly care about their patients and ensure that I leave without any unanswered questions. I actually look forward to picking up my medications! Another great experience after another. I have had all of my covid shots here and both times the technician giving shots went above and beyond, she is super awesome! She made sure that I knew what I was receiving and how I may feel afterwards. She may only be a technician but you couldn't tell that by how smoothly she administered those shots! Jim and the entire pharmacy staff keep up the great work! Your community loves this pharmacy!

Today, Mercy Urgent Care sent over my medication for my pneumonia to the Rogersville Pharmacy. Great. Awesome. However, when I got there they explained to me that they do not except GoodRx. Not so great but she guided me over how to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy. Awesome, back on track. I contacted my new Walgreens Pharmacy and they were super helpful. They continously contacted the Rogersville Pharmacy asking them to switch over my medication to get things started. The Rogersville Pharmacy, however, repeatedly "hung up" on the Walgreens Pharmacy for four hours long. I was flabbergasted when Walgreens called me telling me this. I then had to call my doctor and ask her to intervene because I felt like I was knocking on deaths door with my condition. It wasn't until my doctor intervened and sent over a new prescription to the Walgreens Pharmacy, did anything get done. The only saving grace for the Rogersville Pharmacy was that the front desk lady was nice. This is the ONLY reason why they are not receiving 1 star.I want to add, that I was a customer in the past because I enjoy helping out local small business owners. However, due to this experience, my perception of Rogersville Pharmacy has changed.

My son developed strep, and there was an antibiotic shortage. We called several places and none of them had the antibiotic. Rogersville pharmacy went above and beyond by calling to get it filled for us. We got the majority of it same day, and the rest of it the next day. I can’t find another pharmacy so accommodating. They were wonderful to us! We now wonder why we even called pharmacies in Springfield to begin with. We will start using Rogersville Pharmacy. Everyone working there is very nice, personable, and professional. I highly recommend!

I haven't done business here in a while. And please don't send me a "Thank you for leaving!" A friend of mine just had a similar experience and treated her so bad. She recieved the generic reply. No apology and definitely not taking any responsibility. Instead Thanking people for leaving. Jim you are NOT running a restaurant, a grocery store nor a furniture store. You are running a Pharmacy. People depend on their medication. People are living because of their medications. My story...When I got out of the hospital last year they I had a subscription that they were supposed to have ready for me that next morning. I had kidney failure and doctor told me that I needed to get this medicine as soon as I got home. The hospital called it it. My husband went in to get it and they said they didn't have it. Cut the story short we didn't get the medicine maybe a week later and they NEVER reached out to keep us updated. We had to keep calling them. They also lied to me about having a medicine then said they didn't have it. I went in to talk to Jim the owner. I told him that they told the nurse that they had the medicine then when I got there they said they didn't. He went back to the fridge they have for medicines and guess what???? It was sitting there in there fridge. No apology no nothing.

TERRIBLE customer service. They lie about not having certain prescriptions in but billed my insurance anyway (this has happened twice), they discuss my medical information in front of other customers, pretty sure this is a HIPAA violation if nothing else it was super private to me and embarrassing. They don’t greet you or even acknowledge your presence when you’re standing at the counter waiting to pick something up, they all act like they don’t see you. When I finally got fed up with the lies today (they said they didn’t have any but the gal who walked right behind the young kid had a box of it in her hand and was removing the Rx label) and the flippant condescending attitude of the kid at the window I told him I was moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy because of the unacceptable treatment I have been receiving and his reply was “K.” I told him he was rude and I didn’t appreciate it. And he said “I didn’t mean to sound rude.” I went home and tried to call twice to speak with the Mgr. The first time they wouldn’t let me speak to him and the second time I called back they hung up on my after placing me on hold for 10 minutes, so I never even got to voice my grievances. No one there cares. Please retrain your staff how to tell the truth and basic common courtesy.

I do not know how this pharmacy is in business! I was forced to go to this pharmacy because of an antibiotic shortage for my daughter and they were just as unprofessional and rude as 4-5 years ago when I stopped going.
