“I have been going to Rogersville Pharmacy for many years back probably pretty close to when he started and in all these years I've never had a bad experience and one moment truly sticks out in my mind this was many years ago when my children were still at home and in school two of my kids were sick I don't remember what it was but I do remember they needed antibiotics and prescription cough medicine we couldn't get them in to see a doctor until Monday Saturday got bad enough we took them to the ER and they sent in a prescription to the pharmacy but it was late Saturday evening so there were no pharmacies open anywhere and back then a lot of pharmacies were closed on Sundays long story short I called the pharmacies phone and left a message explaining who I was and what it was and which kids it was for I asked Jim that if he could please have it ready as early as possible Monday morning I would stop by and get it and just figured that we would have to try to make them as comfortable as possible until Monday Sunday morning I hear a knock on my front door and it's Jim bringing the medication that my kids needed and he told me just to stop by the pharmacy on Monday to take care of the insurance paperwork and I feel as I've had that level of care ever since if that isn't going above and beyond I don't know what is”
