Was upset to see you guys took a payment a day early, due to a holiday...you should consider taking payment the day after. I don't get paid early bc of the holiday nor should u! At least send out an email or contact ur customers to let them know.

The staff at the Rolla location all provide EXCELLENT Customer Service from the moment you walk in the door. I had done the 120 days same as cash and my warranty was up through Aaron’s on my washer and dryer. I had a warranty through Samsung but they were taking a while to get someone out to fix the problem. Victoria had the guys come out and look at it and they were able to fix it! Thank you all again SO much for going out of your way to make sure we were all good! We will be back!

Very nice lady to deal with but had only 1 style of recliner that I was looking for, except for a used one that had scuffs and dog or cat hairs in the velcro closings. I was advised to order online but I'm not comfortable buying a personal recliner sight unseen and feelings unfelt.
