Very nice manager! Had a issue with our refrigerator 6 months ago and she was very informative and explained everything!! Ryan the service technician was really great! Having issue again and they are working with us to fix again! Guess Samsung refrigerators are prone to issues

My first appointment just didn’t show up. When I talked to the office the next week, they didn’t offer any explanation at all as to why the appointment didn’t show. Finally I set an appointment and a tech showed up just to tell me that I needed a lid latch; the exact reason I called the service appointment for. But he’d have to order the part and it wil take a while to get in and the office will call me to schedule when it comes in. The part finally comes in, they scheduled an appointment and showed up and fixed it. However they left my water turned off. So when I tried to run something I just got another error.

Had a warranty claim through my dishwasher. They called Appliance RX to do the work. Appliance RX called me within 30 minutes. They were very polite and prompt. The name of my rep that came out is Kolton. Very very professional. He came within the time frame They quoted. He jumped quickly into the diagnoses, found the problem, order the part and left. All while explaining to me what happened, typical reasons why it happened and his end result and goal.
A week later, the part came in, he called, set up the appointment and again was here when he said he would be. Came in, replaced it, TESTED IT, ensured it was now working properly. THANKED US and was on his way.
The entire process was probably the EASIEST warranty claim I've ever encountered. Typically, you'll get the run around for weeks and weeks. This was quick, professional, prompt and seemd quite energetic. His happiness knowing he fixed the issue I believe was the best part.

Kory came out to diagnose my new LG fridge that was displaying an F1 code. He was right on time and a super nice guy! They are ordering the part, i will update after repair is complete.
Update: LG sent wrong part once, but RX kept me updated and received new part quickly. Kory came back timely as always, installed new fan assembly and it now works great. I would highly recommend Appliance RX. They keep you informed and get it done quick, and Kory was a pleasure to work with.
