“John immediately after telling him my car concern. Came to my vehicle ran a ck on my alternator and then my car battery. Turns out my battery was going bad. John immediately looked up the proper size battery for my car, recommended one out of the three available and immediately took it to my car. Where he removed the old battery and installed the new one. I was in and out with car fixed in under 30 mins. Thanks John”

“My experience in buying my new truck with Sakelaris Ford was very enjoyable from the time I stepped out of my vehicle. One of the salesmen greeted me with a huge smile and introduced himself. Once our introduction was completed he got down to the nitty gritty and commenced asking me what I was interested in.I was shown three or four trucks and we took two of them for a test drive. The second one was the one that did the trick. I pretty much immediately told the salesman that it was the one I wanted. From then on I was all smiles and about an hour and a half later I was handed the keys and drove away with all smiles. The entire staff that got me into my truck was some of the best folks I’ve ever dealt with. They’re fair and not pushy about anything. “I cant even begin to express how grateful and beyond satisfied I am with the service I received. I had the worst possible experience with my insurance after getting into a no fault accident. To make matters worse enterprise made it extremely difficult to get a car rental and the staff was rude but the staff at Caliber saved the day!!! They not only agreed to help me, but they understood I could not attain a rental, and promised to fix my car in one day while I waited. I was so overwhelmed by their graciousness and generosity and was amazed that they could be so wonderful!! I brought my car in and as promised they fixed it while I waited. These are fabulous people.
