“My family and I broke down in Rolla on our way to Branson on a Thursday afternoon roughly 2 hours into a 5 hour drive. We had stopped into Auto zone and they had ran there test a determined it was a transmission issue. It was a very helpless feeling. Thankfully a nice man had recommended us to stop by Epic witch was not to far from us. When I walked in I explained my situation, the man at the counter stopped what he was doing and came out to my car and helped us immediately. He spent roughly an hour with us and figured out the problem. Before he sent us on our way, he had recommended we take is diagnostic computer with us incase the problem happened again, all he asked is that we drop it back off Sunday on our way back through. When he was all done and we were ready to go, I had went in to settle up with him, he told me not to worry about it and have a great time and wished us good luck in our baseball tournament in Branson. Never in my life had I had a nicer experience with a business owner. Brock is a great business owner and even better person...”

Can’t thank them enough. If I lived in this area. I’d be going here as much as I could.”
“I have a 2006 Ford Freestyle that had been sitting by the curb for over two years with a bad transmission. I first contacted Rev Automotive in May 2024 about replacing the transmission. Spoke with Barry (the owner) about the repairs and he recommended I not do that because it was going to be expensive. Initially, I agreed. I have a small business for which I need certain vehicle requirements. This car fits my needs very well. After searching for a replacement vehicle and looking at the cost of used vehicles, I changed my mind. I had already done a complete tune-up, brake job, new tires, and air conditioning repairs before the car broke down. Knowing what I had already spent on these things and realizing that in purchasing another used vehicle I might have to do those things for it as well convinced me It was worth it to me.
Moving on, I was not in a hurry, I just wanted the car fixed right. Casey and Amanda spent a lot of time finding an acceptable used transmission as a new one wasn't available. At every one they found they called me and asked me if that one was acceptable, more than a few I rejected because of cost, excessively high mileage, etc, but we eventually got one that I approved before purchase.
One more note, any car that sits for as long as this one has is bound to have multiple issues wrong with it at that point, which we openly discussed as we navigated the repair process. Those were risks I accepted and we moved forward.
Katie was the chief mechanic that worked on my car but not the only mechanic. They notified me of everything that came up during the repair process and I had the option of saying no. I will say that every item they indicated was wrong, I was taken into the shop and showed if it was visual and I was given the opportunity to view the scan results and a cost estimate before being asked to make a decision.
The process took more than 4 months from start to finish as issues cropped up, but I approved everything that took place with my car. I have spent a LOT of money on this car, far more than I intended, but nothing I didn't approve as we moved forward.
When we were satisfied that all issues were addressed I got it back. I test drove it one evening for about an hour with about 20 stops and starts, and again the next evening the same way. Then I drove it for three hours continuously on a Saturday morning, and again on Sunday morning for about 1.5 hours with no issues. I did this because I was headed out on a fishing trip on Sunday afternoon.
I left on Sunday afternoon and drove 350 miles with absolutely no issues. 4 days later I returned another 350 miles with no issues. All in all, I have driven the car more than a thousand miles since getting it back without issue. I had asked that fluid leaks be fixed during repairs and that was done perfectly.
This car now has 211,000 miles on it and after the repairs Rev Automotive has done it runs at least as well and quieter that my 2021 Toyota Rav 4 that has less than 50,000 miles on it. I am perfectly happy with the service I received and plan to use their services again, and would recommend them to others, as well”
