I was on a drive from STL to Springfield. Started experiencing an issue with my car. He got the car in and had it diagnosed in minutes, late on a friday. Honest and knowledgeable, I Would highly recommend them .

Awesome customer service really friendly staff. This shop saved me around 300 dollars compaired to a different shop. My truck was done before I even thought it would have been got on the job quickly and very happy with the job that was done.

These guys were great and so helpful! Highly recommend, they got me in fast (same day), and got me taken care of, they have good pricing and we're very trustworthy. They even took the time to show me the problem, and explain it to me.

I really don't know what to say. They did not charge me anything, but they didn't do anything special either. Didn't test sensor, didn't check wiring, whatever. I honestly thought I might have a working vehicle... to get to work. Now I can't get to work to get paid to buy parts and fix it myself. I can't work, so I can't afford to rent or buy a car. What am I supposed to do now? Yes, I am a loser and maybe I should just go lie in a hole somewhere but I am getting very desperate.

They were able to get me in the same day and quickly discovered the issue. Charged and extremely fair price, likely saving me well over $100 for the just the diagnosis. Will be taking all my vehicles there in the future.

Scheduled an appointment for an exhaust issue, and they had me in and out very quickly at a very good price. The customer service from Josh and everyone else was excellent, and my vehicle is working great. I'd highly recommend using Autocraft.

Was in town today. Out of the blue my battery went out. I called they got me right in got me fixed up and back on the road. Professional friendly and outstanding. Highly recommend. If I have any more problems I will go back

Just got a simple diagnostic recently and Josh who helped me was very respectful, down to earth, and quite helpful. He would call me with updates and ask if I wanted anything he found wrong to be fixed. Overall, Autocraft is a very solid business with very reasonable prices and they provide student discounts which is definitely a plus.

I baught a used car recently and the check engine light came on.i took it some ware else and had the code read first they said the catalytic converter was bad.i called autocraft and talked to josh about getting it replaced.he asked me what the car was doing .then he told me the symptoms of that needing replaced.i said none of that he said it's a false code he asked if I have had to add oil to it since I got it. I told him I did.he said oil is getting on the o2 sensor and run some seafoam through it and see if it fixes it before I spend my money on a new convertor. So I did and the light went out that's been 3 weeks ago and it's never came back on and it runs great.i then had a diffrent light come on.I took it and got the code read in the same place,they said the battery wasn't charging right,so I would need to buy a alternator.i took it to autocraft and Kiki changed the oil and I told her what the other place said about the alternator.so she she checked it out when she was done with the oil and said it was charging fine and the battery is good too.i want to thank you guys, I would have spent alot of money if you would have started replacing stuff just off what the code reader said.my car car runs amazing even with as many miles that are on it
