I went to go get my hair colored by Casi, I shoulder reference picture of what I really wanted, and she said that she could achieve that when I sat in the chair then throughout the whole entire process, I was thinking I was getting a blue in my hair. I was never told that hey, we can’t really achieve that blue. Here are your options. I never heard any kind of options whatsoever. There was none I was forced to have this hair without my knowledge whatsoever. I only knew about what she was doing until after when I was in the chair getting my hair blow dried. She told me it was too keep my the healthiness of my hair after she already put on what she did. So now I have brown hair with purple highlights instead of a very big blue bright blue. I was shocked after and I just told her that it looked fine that I loved it. It was great and then I get home and all I see is brown. I can only see the purple highlights in the light in the sunlight specifically. If she could not have done my blue hair like I wanted, she should’ve said something, but she didn’t. She only said something after her putting what she put on my hair she didn’t give me options. She didn’t say we can’t do that. What about this cause I had other ideas that I could’ve done but no, and then she won’t give me a refund Because I said that it looked fine in the chair and I left what she says happy I was on the phone trying to talk to the receptionist without crying. I was full-blown crying on my way home. She ended up calling me back after I told the receptionist she called me. Casie did and she explained to me why she did what she did was for the helping of my hair, but I didn’t get a pic what I wanted so I don’t recommend going to her because She doesn’t listen and she doesn’t ask for permission.

My fiancé got her hair done here by a lady named Casi. I believe she rents a chair here and over promised what she could do for my fiancé's hair and then delivered something that was entirely different than what we had expected and were paying for. We will not be going back to her.

My hair started out as a multicolored mess of black and gray hair, with much of the gray turning various shades of brown, red, orange, and yellow. I had no idea what I needed done, and let Bart have free rein with it. Couldn’t be more pleased with the result.

My stylist Megan was an absolute blast! I will definitely go back to her and I recommend giving this place a chance cause everyone there is so friendly ☺☺☺ it was a bit pricey but that's all depending on the service you need, every stylist will go through prices and everything like that before they even touch your hair. They are such amazing people and I had a great first time experience!!

I’m so happy to have such a lovely spa nearby. My experience at Benton Sq has been enjoyable. I’m happy with my hair and the fact that they use Aveda natural color and products. Jacob and Bart are both exceptional. The spa is gorgeous, clean and delivers luxury as expected. Elissa is an exceptional owner and creates a professional environment and team of experts.

Megan is phenomenal! She was able to help reshape my hair after a haircut by a different stylist/salon didn’t go as planned. Now we’ve got me with a hairstyle I love and she’s been able to help me develop a plan to maintain and style it!

I️ had high hopes for Benton Square Salon & Spa, but my experience was extremely disappointing. It started with a pedicure appointment where the nail artist displayed a terrible attitude, almost as if I️ was inconveniencing her. She seemed unhappy and made me feel uncomfortable for not wanting extra services, almost as if my business wasn't worth her time. What was most appalling was when she audibly told the receptionist, in front of me as I️ was trying to book a hair appointment, that I was 'on a budget' simply because I opted for a basic pedicure, when no one asked. This was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and frankly, felt discriminatory.
When I️ booked my hair appointment I️ asked if there were any stylists that specialized in curly cuts. I️ was told yes, and hoping the hair service would be better I️ booked an appointment. Unfortunately, while she was super sweet, the stylist was clearly inexperienced with curly hair. She dry brushed my hair with a thin comb, causing significant damage, and the cut and styling were poorly executed. I left the salon with a terrible hairstyle and damaged hair. Attached is a picture of how my hair looked after my appointment. I️ wish they would have been honest about having someone with curly hair experience, or maybe they booked me with her because the nail technician said I️ was “on a budget”.
I would caution anyone with curly hair, and especially people of color, to avoid this salon. The nail technician's attitude, combined with the lack of expertise in curly hair, was shocking and left me feeling embarrassed and deeply dissatisfied. Save your money and your hair – go somewhere else.

The personnel is so nice 👍 and friendly! I have got very high quality service and enjoyed being there. The building is old, the interior is overwhelming. I didn't expect to see something like that in Rolla.

Jacob is incredible! I am really horrible at hair and he makes it easy for me to style my hair. We have taken my hair color from the warm tones to the cool color… don’t ask me how and I love it!

Arianna was amazing. I came in to get a perm but I had dyed my hair several months ago and she informed me that a perm would damage my blond hairs. I truly appreciated her honesty and we were still able to work out a cut that I am truly in love with. We had a good laugh over how I couldn't lift one side of my face due to a wisdom tooth removal 1 hour prior. She was friendly and efficient and I truly enjoyed my visit.
