Worst customer service!I made an appointment with her today at 11am. Around 9:30 am I had to pick up my daughter from daycare because of a last minute issue. I texted her right away if it was ok to bring my daughter with me. She responded no (which I understood) I asked her to give me sometime to find someone that can watch my daughter. She texted me saying to confirm the appointment by 10am. I picked up my daughter and got home at1009. I grabbed my phone to texted her, she sent me a text at 10:03saying I was a no show for my appointment at 11am. I immediately texted her that I had figured it out the problem with my daughter, that I was going to be able to make it. She answered me that I didn't response by 10am. And that I shouldve confirmed my appointment 24 hour before (I never got an email or text asking to comfirm 24 hours before) she said that was on the policy when I booked my appointment online. Anyways, it was such a hustle, and she was so rude and lacking of empathy.

I would give less than 1 star but I guess that's not an option. I made an appointment 10 days in advance for an eye lash lift and tint. I received several confrontation emails over the 10 day period reminding me of and confirming my appointment. I live 30 minutes from the location of said appointment. I walked in for my appointment and Elizabeth asked if I got her text or an email. I said no text but yes confrontation emails. She ask if my number was the one I used to make the appointment. I said yes. She said that's was where she sent the text message and was becoming hateful/short with me as if I don't know my own phone number but she could not have possibly missed typed it. I check my emails and see that 10 minutes prior to my arrival I received an email canceling my appointment. 10 minutes prior I was driving and do not check my emails while I drive. Like I said I live 30 minutes away. She informed me they didn't have the device needed to do my lash lift and tint. I ask which part was missing for the lift or the tint thinking I could still get one or the other. She repeated to me "I don't have the device". I guess that meant for either but could tell she just didn't want to mess with it. She became increasingly short and rude when I tried to figure out what else could be done. It seems unprofessional to let a product run out when you know 10 days in advance that an appointment is coming that requires that particular product. She then tells me she can get me in first thing Saturday. Today is Thursday New Year's Eve. She told me she waited so late in the day to cancel my appointment "in case" the device came in the mail. If it has to come by mail, the mail doesn't run on New Years..... it just kept getting more suspicious as she continued to become increasingly rude. I said well how long does a classic set take, I can just do that. She moved her curtain and looked right at me and said "I don't have time for you today"....I am sure that she probably wanted to go party like everyone else on New Years and was just trying to leave early, but then don't make appointments or if you do by mistake, cancel them prior to the client showing up. I checked online at the websites timing and it says 1 hour and 15 minutes for a lift and tint and 1 hour and 30 minutes for a full set of classics. I get that's 15 minutes more but when you have messed up and been unprofessional what's 15 minutes. She may have done a great job but the level of unprofessionalism was not worth the rescheduling to find out.

I’ve been going to Bliss for more than three years now. I’ve had microblading done many times there, as well as false lashes, lash lift/tint, brow tint, waxing services and dermaplaning. So I have come to trust Liz in all the work she does! I’m always so pleased by her services and know that I’m in good hands. It’s a great atmosphere and I always leave the place happier. It’s so hard to find a reputable place that truly cares for their customers needs and does the job right! I highly recommend Bliss all the time to others. Thank you so much Liz for providing an amazing place like this in our town.

Bliss is the BEST place to get your eyebrows microbladed. Lizzy is a perfectionist and makes you look like a goddess! I have been going to her for 3 years. I know live in VA, but still fly to MO to get my eyebrows done. Hands Down, the BEST!

Bliss has changed my whole makeup routine! My microblading made a huge change in my eyebrows and I can’t not imagine not having them. When I really want to treat myself, Liz does my eyelash extensions and I always seems to get compliments every where I go. I would 100% recommended Liz at Bliss!

Lizzy is amazing!! She makes you feel comfortable and is well accredited so you know you’re getting the best work around for a reasonable price. I have done both microblading and eyebrow tint. Both were great and I recommend to anyone around to go to her for your beauty needs, she won’t disappoint!

It's so great to have a place like this in Rolla that offers high end services. Location is clean and the fact that the owner is an LPN, tattoo certified, and certified in everything she offers make me super comfortable going to her. Prices are very reasonable for services offered!

The fact that the owner is also a licensed nurse made me comfortable. Once in you see how clean and well kept everything is. All around a great place. The owner is way ahead of the game for this area!!!

The perfect shop on historic Pine st. With loads of talent in many different areas. I'm so glad I had microblading done. I go soon for my 12 month service. Highly recommend Elizabeth White. Britt Vega did my last multidimensional hair color and also did an amazing job!

The place is cozy I love it! Good place to get you pampered and relax. They have this no child policy that is really good for clients that go there and want some quiet time while they are getting a service. Elizabeth is excellent in her craft. Her works are amazing! I highly recommend her for your microblading and lash extension needs. The quality of her work is outstanding. Your money and time spent is worth it!

I had my first haircut in Rolla with Quennie and she did such an amazing job. I was so nervous cutting my hair short and she took great care of me. She really is invested in your hair care routine and gives useful tips and how-to's.Booking the appointment was a breeze. I went to their website and clicked the options for service I want and what times available on a day I chose. It did ask for my card info to reserve the spot and I have 24 hours to cancel the appointment or there is a fee. This is very smart and I really like this method, it's fair and concise.Overall I'm pleased with the sassy boss ladies working as well as their services and salon.
