Mike at the St Robert store sent us to Rolla to upgrade my wife's phone. OT at the Rolla store was already swamped with customers when we walked in. He was super attentive and juggling five to seven tasks at once. Cool as a cucumber in the fridge he passed from one thing to another keeping each person in their turn and not forgotten at all. This guy OT is one of the best customer service people out there. Mike found us the phone we wanted and OT gave us and the other customers in the store the best service we could have asked for!
