Came in yesterday and grabbed what I thought was a fresh hunk of pizza. It was actually just some new cheese and 2 pepperoni put on an old peice of pizza and thrown back in the oven to look fresh. When you bite into all the new stuff separates from the crusted old layer of toppings from before. How pathetic and lazy can you guys be to reuse expired pizza instead of making fresh pizza? You’re reusing expired not fresh pizza and making them look fresh. No way employees are that cheap management really cracking down on pizzas? You guys have a whole area to make pizzas no reason you should be re using pizzas and trying to sell them as fresh. Disgusting won’t come back here again

Lazy employees and management insist on having you use the least user friendly self check out system invented, even if your the only customer, they literally have to show you how to use it every time, waste every one's time, used to spend a lot of money here, not any more

First off all; The breaktime store on Kingshighway in Rolla is wonderful! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. The breaktime store on Bishop Ave, in Rolla, has/ had an assistant manager that is terrible. I stopped going there months ago. . She lies and argues with the customers' even though the customer has the video backing them up. I never had a problem until her. The rest of the staff is awesome'but she is not management material!

This one I didn't go inside. The people I was with did. They liked the store a regular Break Time. I didn't get any gas there.

Rolla breaktime customer service sucked. I had to yell raise my voice to get these children to help with dr. Pepper. Only soda water and the little one harrassed me while I was waiting for dr. Pepper to be changed. The tall child motion for me to hold the leaver to run till syrup ran through. 2 small cups later still no dr. Pepper. I got a Pepsi fountain sod and those kids should have offered to pay. .

Very unprofessional and rude,was in the store today got told I was a liar and refused to let me pump gas after I paid for it. I will never go back to this store.
