Bella Yuan from Century 21 helped my wife and I find our dream home! Ms Yufeng Yuan is a professional and patient agent who has helped us on necessary repair and cleans of many parts of the house. Just before the closing date, the porch and garage were accidently damaged by a car crash. We felt very frustrated but Ms Yuan was actively contacting the insured company to make the closing completed as soon as possible. The realtor in St James and the previous owner knew about faulty main plumbing under the house. I was told everything worked. I feel like I should have been informed of this before buying it. Now it's going to cost thousands in repairs. I will never deal with century 21 again they have become my last choice.
