The lady was very polite and professional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she looked at it once, then cut it exactly like I wanted. This is the only place I go.

I had no idea what to do with my hair. I've had a military style haircut all my life but I've grown it out the past 8 months or so and it was very long. They helped me figure out a good hairstyle so that I could try out something new and feel confident!

The manager, Ashley, was asked to take 1-2 inches off and to put in some blended layers with it cut straight along the bottom. When I got home I saw that my layers were very uneven and choppy looking along with her cutting my hair to a point in the back. Ashley talked and joked with her employees the whole haircut instead of interacting with the people in her chair and paying attention to what she was doing. I then had to go to another hair dresser to pay for this to be fixed. And if that was not bad enough she also messed up my husband's simple high and tight haircut. He had random long pieces of hair along with his fade being uneven. I paid $45 for 2 very messed up haircuts.
