!!!DO NOT GO TO CPR ROLLA!!!Ordered a battery the week before Thanksgiving. Was told 1 week and would receive call when it came in, no call so went in and told another week wait... Still no call so we went in again. Was told they would call when it came in. Went in approximately 1 months after first ordering and the name and number they had it in their computer for was wrong person and number. They have never answered their phone when we call and are highly unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone for anything. You are better off going elsewhere or ordering parts online. And if the other reviews are anything to go by I'd say if they aren't scamming you they are screwing you around. Avoid this place at all costs and use at your own peril.

Poorest excuse for a business I have ever experienced. I called on Monday to see if they could fix the screen on an iPhone and put a battery in a Mac computer. The fella I talked to wanted the Ser.# for both and said they had both parts in stock. I ask if they done repairs on Saturday and he said yes he would put me down from 12 to 4 and it would take a couple of hours to make the repairs. I drove 80 miles one way to Rolla, MO. and dropped them off at 12, I checked back a 3 and was informed they had not started on them and the technician had went home. I would not recommend them to anyone. Wasted a whole day with them. The fella running the store would not hardly say anything just kinda stood there and looked at me not even an apology.

‼️‼️ DO NOT USE CPR REPAIR IN ROLLA ‼️‼️We took our ps5 controller in because R2 was sticking, they said they can fix it. We dropped it off July 2nd and they said give us a week. A week went by and we called they said they're waiting for the part. So we give another week and call and now the part is on back order. Now 3 weeks from dropping it off and they said the person working on it isn't in. They then ignored our phone calls and refused to call us back. When someone would answer they said they'd give our info the the person fixing it and he'll call. He never did. I called today 5 months later and they said they can't fix it because they have no way to get a part. If the person ordered the part how is the part not available?! So we were lied to. What make it even worse is they lost our L1 button and are refusing to replace it. They also closed the controller wrong and broke our R1 and R2 buttons. They said they can't do anything about it. Avoid CPR Cell Phone Repair Rolla at all costs.

I would not even give this place a star if I had the option. Gave them an Xbox x to fix in June. All it needed was a USB port fixed. After several phone calls we got it back in August and it didn't work at all and the power button was broke. And they charged me $110! I called in August and they said they'd make it right and it would not take as long as the first time. It is now Nov and I called to check on it and was hung up on. I will now be contacting the police department. Don't do buisness here. They're crooks.

Brought in an xbox series x with a broken hdmi outport and it cost 100. We did bring in the part we needed fixed but it was def cheaper then almost everywhere else

I took my laptop in over 2 months ago. It just needed the screen repaired. They said it would take a bit since they didn't have the screen. I went back a month later and asked them about it, and they said they ordered the wrong screen, so it would take another week or so. It's now been a month since then, and I still haven't heard anything about it. I absolutely would not recommend going here.

This store took 5 weeks to order and replace a battery. They kept pushing the repair timeline out further and further. First it was "oh it'll be done in just a few more days' then "oh we got the wrong one in so now it'll be another week" then they broke my phone screen during the repair then it was "well we need more parts so I'm not sure". I finally just had to say I'm coming to pick it up and it had better be done. I showed up and they were in the middle of super gluing the back glass onto my phone. I tried three different times to get a manager to call me, but they never would. I don't know who is running this store now but just a few months ago I would have recommended this place (They had fixed my phone screen before with no issues) DON'T GO HERE!

It took the store weeks to order the screen. The screen was not delivered on time as the store said which caused me to wait even longer for my replacement. I showed proof that I paid through my insurance and was accused of not paying after they replaced my screen. The locations phone line has been disconnected for a week which prevented me calling the store and no one reached out to me when the replacement came in like the manager said someone would. I had to make multiple trips to the location due to the lack of phone communication, ultimately wasting my gas and time. Once I recieved my phone, minutes after I left the store, my service cut out which leads me to assume that they did not repair it properly. I was in MO for military training and this establishment took roughly 6 weeks to repair my phone. Would not recommend to anyone.

I called to inquire on getting my iPad Air screen replaced after a drop resulting in cracks. Costs, time frame etc. After being given the information, I advised that I would check my schedule and get back to them. I advised the employee of my tight time parameters due to travel and was assured that it could be done. Two days later, I called back and advised that I would like to proceed. The employee on the phone advised me that they would need to order the screen from Apple and that I would need to prepay, which was fine. Gave her my credit card and waited. Then she switched to another computer and kept trying. Finally, she advised that she didn't think that it had gone through, though she had been given a 'receipt'. Upon checking my account, I showed a 'pending authorization' and advised her of that. She stated that 'we would figure it out when I came in'. I was told, after inquiring, that I would be called when the part came in. I didn't get a call in a timely fashion so on a Thursday, I called back. My call was answered by a man who indicated that he was the tech and would be doing the work. We worked on finding a date and time and ended up with the following Monday ('I get in at 11am so 12 noon'). He assured me that the part was in and that it would take 'about 2 hours'.I arrived on Monday right at 1130am thinking to drop it off a little early, what with paperwork etc. A long wait at the counter while an employee tried to help another customer before she went back and got additional help. I explained what I was there for and was told that the tech wasn't there and that he was scheduled for 12 noon. Fine. My appointment time. Then she checked multiple times and each time told me that my screen was NOT, in fact, there. I advised her that when I talked to the tech, when I made my appointment, he assured me that he had the part.She started texting/emailing the tech and low and behold, he had had it mailed TO HIS HOUSE. He would be bringing it with him. The next hit was that she didn't think/know if they would be able to get it done today (Monday). I told her, again, that the tech had said 1-2 hours and it would be done. I explained to her that I was flying out this week and that the tech KNEW this. She just looked at me. My decision was easy to make after that. There was no way that I was going to entrust my business iPad to any organization that showed such a lack of professionalism while instilling absolutely zero confidence in their ability to perform any type of technical repairs.To say that I was highly disappointed would be an understatement.I would NOT recommend this company based on the customer service that i was shown.
