Overall it was good! I’ve been using CVS for years because I’m a rewards member and the pharmacy accepts my insurance. I always feel a bit naughty when I go behind the pharmacy counter for Sudafed though.

Absolutely the most hospitable employees!!!! I believe the young man’s name is Dillon… ? I have spoken to this young man several times, and every time he is soft spoken, polite and so helpful!!!!! I can’t not say enough kind things about him because each time it reminds me that there are still caring younger people who truly like helping others!!!! I will continue to go back EVERY time my meds are available!!
I hope CVS reads my reviews I have done on not only Dillon but on our Rolla CVS store!!!!!
Give this young man a raise for he is few and far in between!!!!! Loving my local CVS!!!!!

I would not recommend this pharmacy. I tried to get my vaccinations for two months. They don't take appointments so you just have to walk in. Every time I was told it would be at least an hour to hour and a half wait. I transferred my Rx's to another pharmacy. I got my injections but when I went to fill another rx was told it was not transferred. I called cvs and was told they did transfer it. Needless to say I was left without meds for the weekend because know I don't have an active prescription because both pharmacies don't have an rx for me. I was told to call my dr which I did. Now cvs said they never received anything from my doctor. I will not have anything filled here again and wouldn't recommend to any of my friends.

I was standing waiting to be the next to be served at the pharmacy when all of a sudden its lunch time and they close the gate and won't service me after ive been standing there. I ask about me and they don't even care saying Come back in an hour. I will never go back.

I’ve been there twice trying to get vaccines. The first time I went for my Covid booster. I made an appointment online and still had to wait over an hour to receive it. At that appointment I asked about the RSV vaccine for pregnancy and they said to bring in a paper prescription. Today I showed up at 0900 when the pharmacy opens. They opened late and completely ignored me for about ten minutes. When I tried to get the vaccine they said they don’t do it for pregnant patients, despite their website saying otherwise. Do not use this pharmacy!

For some reason they can't get refills done in 8-24 hours. No matter how much time I give them my prescriptions are never ready when I get off work. This is the 6th time I have been told I need to wait 30+ minutes to get my prescription after putting it in more than 24 hours ago. I don't know if they are under staffed or just don't care, the attitudes the employees have lead me to believe it's that they don't care.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! They are not professional, and they are very slow! They need to be closed down for negligence before they really hurt someone! Go somewhere else for the correct meds. As for testing, they are a middleman. They use Quest for testing. Do yourself a favor, skip CVS and go directly to Quest.

Believe the rating. What a mistake it was to bring my prescription here. They were out of stock, entered my information incorrectly and then wasted my time. This place is a mess. Don't go here unless you want to prolong your suffering and not get your medication in a timely manner.
