Cade fixed my issue. He reached out to my insurance company to clear up a confusion. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! to help me get my prescriptions refilled. I have never experienced this kind of service from the actual pharmacist!!! He is absolutely asset to the pharmacy department at CVS! I am so happy with the service he provided!!!!

Great pharmacy staff that make sure you get the best price available. They ask questions and really make you feel special.

The Rolla CVS is a disaster. First, there is no way I can call and speak to a staff member about a prescription. I have to leave a message, but I never get a callback. They post that they are “preparing “ a prescription but it takes days to get it. They are always short staffed and service is slow.

I absolutely love my Rolla CVS! I am always greeted with a smile and kindness. There are times that I call and ask questions about a certain medication, and I am treated with dignity and respect.

CVS never has the prescriptions done when they say. I was the only person waiting and they made me wait for 20 minutes. They do not prioritize for their customers. Why can’t they fill a prescription for a person when they are there. It doesn’t take 20 minutes to fill 7 pills.

CVS has been amazing to me!!! One person in particular is “Dillon” he helped me beyond help, way more than my “Regular” pharmacy !!! He found me a coupon for something that wasn’t covered under insurance and saved me over $20.
That’s A BIG deal nowadays!!
Here is to Dillon 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼☝🏼#1 in my book!!

Multiple times they have lost my prescription. One major time was after a surgery on a Friday evening. They told me there is no prescription for me. They got very rude about it and asked me to leave when I asked them “would you please check again”.So I called my doctor but he was gone. I went back an hour later and begged them to search as it was a surgery and I needed those medications. They found it on the table in front of them. They just don’t care. It was there all along. And no apologies.Currently they have lost my fluocionide-based skin cream prescription. I have cancer and I need that or the skin pain won’t let me sleep. They asked me to ask the doctor to send them the prescription again!Just save yourselves and use Walgreens.

Waited on my pickup 20 minutes. Was told they didn't have enough in stock and would order. Order never came in and they don't know why. Tried to call but apparently they don't answer phone calls. How do they stay in business?

The wait for a medication is as long as getting to see the doctor. The excuses is always the same, we are so busy. Worst ever.

Just the slowest pharmacy I've ever seen. After you've waited 30 minutes in line they tell you its not ready. Although I got the message on my phone saying it's ready.. beyond annoyed with them...

It's a pretty undisputed understanding that when someone texts you "your items are ready" they actually mean it. So excuse me, CVS, for failing to realize that your poorly managed Rolla branch is the exception. I waited for upwards of half an hour at the drive-thru only to find out they'd "misplaced" my prescription. I responded immediately "You mean you lost it?" I immediately regretted responded in this manner as I received a long corporate spiel about how they're instructed to use "misplaced" versus "lost." Regardless, I suggested they might implement some form of pill organization-- alphabetically perhaps? After muttering a few more apologies under his breath, my less than pleasant pharmacist remade my prescription, solving a problem that could've been so easily avoided in the first place. Ten minutes later and I'm being charged $125 for a single prescription. After calmly explaining that it is not what I pay for my prescription, I was met with "Let me see if I can fix that." Yes, let's do see CVS. It seems you have a lot more to fix than just the bill for my crazy pills! As if this wasn't outrageous enough, my father informed me upon my arrival home that he'd had a terrible experience with CVS as well. At a COVID vaccine APPOINTMENT, emphasis on appointment. To everyone else, an appointment is a prearranged time and location to carry out a task with the highest efficiency for all parties. Excuse me once again, CVS, for failing to realize your Rolla branch is the exception. My father was forced to drive around town while his vaccine thawed, something that should have been done ahead of time. Needless to say, I'm not happy. It's a good thing your soft spoken pharmacist got me my crazy pills after all or it could be a lot worse!
