Multiple times they have lost my prescription. One major time was after a surgery on a Friday evening. They told me there is no prescription for me. They got very rude about it and asked me to leave when I asked them “would you please check again”.So I called my doctor but he was gone. I went back an hour later and begged them to search as it was a surgery and I needed those medications. They found it on the table in front of them. They just don’t care. It was there all along. And no apologies.Currently they have lost my fluocionide-based skin cream prescription. I have cancer and I need that or the skin pain won’t let me sleep. They asked me to ask the doctor to send them the prescription again!Just save yourselves and use Walgreens.

Waited on my pickup 20 minutes. Was told they didn't have enough in stock and would order. Order never came in and they don't know why. Tried to call but apparently they don't answer phone calls. How do they stay in business?

The wait for a medication is as long as getting to see the doctor. The excuses is always the same, we are so busy. Worst ever.

Just the slowest pharmacy I've ever seen. After you've waited 30 minutes in line they tell you its not ready. Although I got the message on my phone saying it's ready.. beyond annoyed with them...

It's a pretty undisputed understanding that when someone texts you "your items are ready" they actually mean it. So excuse me, CVS, for failing to realize that your poorly managed Rolla branch is the exception. I waited for upwards of half an hour at the drive-thru only to find out they'd "misplaced" my prescription. I responded immediately "You mean you lost it?" I immediately regretted responded in this manner as I received a long corporate spiel about how they're instructed to use "misplaced" versus "lost." Regardless, I suggested they might implement some form of pill organization-- alphabetically perhaps? After muttering a few more apologies under his breath, my less than pleasant pharmacist remade my prescription, solving a problem that could've been so easily avoided in the first place. Ten minutes later and I'm being charged $125 for a single prescription. After calmly explaining that it is not what I pay for my prescription, I was met with "Let me see if I can fix that." Yes, let's do see CVS. It seems you have a lot more to fix than just the bill for my crazy pills! As if this wasn't outrageous enough, my father informed me upon my arrival home that he'd had a terrible experience with CVS as well. At a COVID vaccine APPOINTMENT, emphasis on appointment. To everyone else, an appointment is a prearranged time and location to carry out a task with the highest efficiency for all parties. Excuse me once again, CVS, for failing to realize your Rolla branch is the exception. My father was forced to drive around town while his vaccine thawed, something that should have been done ahead of time. Needless to say, I'm not happy. It's a good thing your soft spoken pharmacist got me my crazy pills after all or it could be a lot worse!

A stupid company. I got myself tested on covid-19 at this place. They gave me a swab longer than the tube, so I threw away the swab after washing it in the tube. After waiting for 4 days, I was told the test wasn't performed because they didn't find the swab. And they insisted on that the test cannot be performed without the swab, but two of my friends get their results without putting back the swabs before.

When we started using CVS, we were very satisfied. However, since they have started giving Covid-19 tests, I have literally waited for 45 minutes at the drive up, and finally left without getting waited on. This has happened more than once! If you go inside, you have to stand and wait with people who potentially have Covid-19, waiting to be tested. The pharmacy is understaffed and needs better organization! I even received a text saying I had a prescription ready, and after waiting in the drive up forever, they didn't have a prescription! We are moving to another pharmacy!

What are you thinking CVS. My husband just waited an extremely long time at the drive thru trying to pick up his RX. When he finally found out why so many cars and so long a wait it was because they were doing Covid tests at the drive thru----------AND WAITING FOR EACH RESULT BEFORE HELPING THE NEXT PERSON---------- What???????No separate area for that. They couldn't move aside.??????

Extremely disappointing. I was visiting from out of state and went to my local Physician. He filled a maintenance medication that was only in stock at CVS. My .1st visit was July 24. They refused to fill the medication because I couldn't provide bin number, etc etc. I call my pharmacy in Louisiana. One of the pharmacists was a previous employee of CVS. She told me how this info could be found by a CVS Pharmacist. They didn't want to go the extra mile. My insurance expired at midnight July 24. . August 7. My new insurance is active. I go to Walgreens and pick up numerous medications. 10 minutes tops. I drive directly to CVS. I'm passed off to several techs. Finally get the Pharmacist. He can not fill my medication even though Walgreens found the info in 10 minutes or less. He said he would call Walgreens and for me to return in 30 minutes. I look around. I'm the only customer on the lot. I'm writing this while sitting outside in the heat. My 30 minutes are up and I'm driving back through the drive up.

The pharmacy does complete its work, but that is not the only consideration. The pharmacy personnel should develop a more customer-centered approach.

I've been sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours and they still have not filled my prescriptions. They say pending on their website. I went to the window and she tells me they still are not ready and to circle around. I come around to about 5 cars in front of me in the drive thru.
