All the staff were very professional and very knowledgeable. I have been a heavy diesel mechanic for 20 years and have flown all over Afghanistan for many special forces groups repairing classified and nonclassified equipment in combat. The professionals here answered all my questions locally sourced parts for me and even provided me some parts they had on hand and didn’t charge me for it. I am beyond impressed with the service I received. Thanks Die hard Diesel!

Small shops like this restore my faith in humanity. We’re traveling across the country in our 2007 Sprinter and had a curious issue of losing power (limp mode). We got there Monday morning before they opened and Billy without question or hesitation got us in immediately. He took a thorough look and fixed the problem in 2 hours and charged a very fair price. Other places would have put us in the back of the line or denied us altogether because it’s a Mercedes and they are particular on parts and repairs. 1000% recommend.

Renewed my faith in how a diesel shop should operate. The same Tech that worked on my truck was the same Tech that called me and communicated thoroughly what needed to be done to get me back on the road. We're talking a complete engine overhaul and it now runs better than it ever has. If I could give 10 stars I would do it! Absolutely recommend this place for anything diesel!

I wouldn't take your truck anywhere else if you want quality work done for a good price. Great guys who are very knowledgeable about diesels, and it shows.

We were stranded in Rolla at the hospital and we were able to get our truck to them. They had us in and out really quickly with the proper diagnosis and for a very reasonable price…especially for fitting us in. We will drive the two hours to use them again for our truck’s repairs!!

Faith in humanity restored 🔋🔋Was passing through and having a problems with my recently purchased used diesel work bucket truck. I showed up when they opened on a Friday morning and asked to have them see if it was something quick (turned out just needed an error code cleared) . (They could have turned me away saying they were too busy but they didn’t.) It took them about 15 minutes including a test drive and had me back on the road and only charged me 20 bucks for some coolant they added that I didn’t even know was low. Thank you !

Heading from Illinois to Branson, Mo had some overheating problems with my truck and 1st time halling a 5th wheel ( first time camping ). DHD checked the truck right away seem like I was a top priority even though I know they had a lot of vehicles to do that day. Changed out water pump plus thermostat. Very good price on the repair. Kyle did an excellent job taking care of me. More to the story, but I'll cut the story short. I highly recommend Die Hard Diesel in Rolla, Mo they will go above and beyond to take care of you. Had my injectors swapped in a short time for a way better price than any other shop had quoted me and they were done right. My duramax runs amazing again

Didn't hardly get out of town and turbo blew off,never was tightened. Since then,Def tube and fuel line came loose. Didn't tighten ANYTHING.

Took several months to get parts refusing to use other vendors, which showed part in stock. Check engine light on within a day for parts repaired. They warrantied parts but not labor. Showing codes again the day after, never using them again.

My son’s bus broke down on a trip. These gentlemen were prompt to check out the issue and get us back on the way! They had a genuinely caring attitude which I don’t see much these days. I live a couple hours away but will not hesitate to drive to Rolla for my diesel service / needs. Thanks so much!
