“I went to the T-Mobile authorized retailer in Rolla, Missouri, trying to get my old phone working, which seemed like it was overheating. He did a complete diagnostic and he said that it's time for a new phone. They led me through the process and got me back with a new phone that was more, ideally, what I needed. They did help me a lot. Been very useful, very friendly, and wonderful staff”

“We dropped off a disposable camera that we gifted our 6 year old on Christmas. We hadn't heard back for months, so we called Walgreens, and they gave us the number for fugi films where it was sent. Long story short the camera was probably lost in shipping. Everyone we talked to was very nice, helpful, and they gave us a credit for our trouble. But those were priceless Christmas memories. I don't blame Walgreens but word of caution take your cameras somewhere that gets developed in store!”
