  Twice this week caught them flipping large packages end over end roughly. Packages that clearly state fragile. Why doesn’t every truck have a dolly on deck? This is unacceptable especially considering the lengths that UPS goes through to care for our packages.

  Driver's are arrogant and drive into the driveway like a bat out of hades. Some have delivered my items to the wrong house and I have had to search my community looking for my items. I recommend UPS.
