The bank in Rolla has some of the nicest people in there but they're mobile deposits are very slow if you make one after 3 pm I don't suggest to due if you need money in your account soon

I wish I could give more stars! Since moving to Missouri, we have had really disappointing experiences with 2 other local banks. Someone suggested First State Community for my son's savings account, so we opened an account for him and found that we were always treated like good neighbors and had fun making our weekly deposits in the drive thru. Since then, we opened an account for a brand new business. The staff made it a painless process. Yesterday, when I called in to the branch, I was treated with friendliness & warmth~ I could tell they genuinely wanted to help me and be a positive part of my day. As a business owner, I rarely see this anymore. They have clearly created a culture of really great people and I am over the moon that we are banking with them :)

First State has been a great partner for us with commercial and residential projects. When you walk in the door, they make you feel like family and take care of you right away. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for all your banking needs.
