Was in the store at least 10 minutes looking at cleats, was never helped. Another customer came in after us looking at cleats next to us and they were asked what size they needed. We weren’t acknowledged. Another customer walks in and we’re immediately greeted as asked what they were looking for. I stared at both workers from the cleats section, one walked past with a pair of shoes for the new customer to look at and they as still never even acknowledged so I left. Very rude and unprofessional

If you buy 100dlls and over , shoes, and they start to come apart from the glue after 2 weeks. Don’t expect them to exchange them . Just stick with actuall foot locker store or other main mall stores. Even journeys. They will gladly give you good customer service as well as exchange the shoes without questions. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give this store negative stars if possible. I have been looking for a certain softball glove for months now. All stores in my area (STL) sold out, all stores in Memphis area sold out. Driving on 44 towards Rolla , for family vacation,think to self....hey maybe there's Hibbett right off interstate maybe have the glove. They do I order and PAY for it online and chose store pick-up. I've gotten my confirmation order and receipt emailed instantly. 35 min away from store. Getting excited...pull up store is completely empty of customers. Literally I AM THE ONLY ONE. Tell guy upfront have online pickup.(I can see my coveted glove) He tells me they haven't gotten anything and can take up to 90min. I tell him situation how I've been looking everywhere , how driving through,how I've paid, have proof etc etc.. look around to emphasize THEY ARE DOING NOTHING,ask if surely they can do something, and this lady who I assume is store manager heard(this Hibbett is little)came over and point blank says,"It hasn't come through nothing can do"I say, "I have my receipt right here on phone, my #order confirmation that proves I paid, you can't do anything?"Here's the point where common sense and customer service should have come through. Did it? NOPE. She doesn't even bat an eye and tells me it hasn't pinged on system notification or come through sorry.Are you kidding me?? So I left without the glove. So upset right now really... It's called making an exception and using good judgement and just being a decent human being and make someone's day instead of not caring.

Out of the 3 sales associates that I saw only one was wearing a mask. After I inquired about that I was told that wearing a mask is not mandated. Clearly the management of this store is completely indifferent to the well-being of their customers and the rest of the community.

I went in with low expectations. After all it is only a sports store. But then I was greeted by a great worker that introduced himself as Dee. He helped me find a great pair of shoes at a fair price. He helped me find what the kids call “drip” and even made some find recommendations for future purchases. He has made me believe in going to the store again rather than shopping online. What a fine man.
