It was a scam, but we didn't suspect that until shortly after the caller had hung up, when we received a message about new charges. We stopped at the Rolla, MO Verizon store shortly after, and Lamar Wilson took great care of us, made sure the charges were canceled and answered all our questions. He couldn't have been any nicer or any more helpful. People like Lamar are the reason we stay with Verizon.”
