Definitely cannot recommend this salon for anyone. This was the "finished" service that was overcharged and paid for. Blotchy, green, unblended. There's a major difference between being unable to achieve getting someone as light as they want in one sitting and giving them a wearable hair color. I've seen better hair dye jobs done at home with box dye. Customer service is also terrible. They where completely unhelpful in coming to any solution for this situation. Customer service was more concerned with placing blame on anyone besides the stylist who did this atrocious color job.Save your money and your hair and go somewhere else.

I personally had a HORRIBLE experience at this JCPenney hair salon. ? After speaking with the Stylist the evening before, I had high expectations for the service I would receive, and I trusted this stylist with my hair. I brought in an inspiration photo of what I would love to aim for with a few sessions. I did NOT expect to meet the goal in the first session, but I did however expect to recieve a caramel color with a SHADOW root like my Stylist promised me after a test strand was performed..not only did my Stylist not provide, she also kept pulling and ripping my hair out while it was soaking wet, and freshly bleached. To the point that I verbalized the pain, and had to move in my chair to ease the extreme discomfort of my scalp feeling like it was going to split open ? I am NOT a tender headed person, and I am not exaggerating. I was also charged for services that I did not receive (unless chlorine pool green is a corrective color, and tone) Needless to say, I walked out of the Salon embarrassed, with damp, frizzy, orange hair, without a beautiful shadow root, and with an ugly "CHLORINE POOL GREEN" band. I also caught other employees staring, without saying a word to me, or the Stylist who butchered my hair, while I was paying for this awful service...I cried. My long, beautiful hair is RUINED. I wanted a new look to uplift my self confidence on my journey to a "new me," but was left regretting every decision. ? I paid a lot of money for this too, and still left a tip, because I genuinely hope that she feels terrible for doing this to me. I do not remember the Stylists name, and I wish I could include photos here, but I included my inspiration photo, as well as my results, and a photo of the Stylist from this very own Salons Facebook page, on the JCPenney website. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! A refund for services not correctly performed would be nice, and the right thing to do...? ***UPDATE*** I was told to contact JCPenney directly via the number provided, and was unable to get in contact with "the owner," so a case was opened through corporate to help me resolve this issue. "The owner" has yet to contact me, but the Stylist who claimed to be a part of my consultation, did. Not to help resolve this, but to ARGUE, on a conference call or speakerphone, that I am wrong, and to tell me that NOTHING will be done about the terrible service I recieved. She attempted to make it seem that I expected to be blonde that very day, which is not true at all. As I stated earlier in this review, I expected the caramel color, and the SHADOW ROOT that was shown to me BY THE ACTUAL STYLIST who did my hair. I received nothing close! Needless to say, another route will be taken to now resolve this, and if anything else, let my experience be a lesson to you! I would not recommend this Salon, this "Stylist" or her falsely fabricating team member to anyone, for any reason, what so ever. They are completely unethical, and should require more training.

I had seen on the website that hair cuts under 4 inches was $25 apparently that depends on which stylist you use. I called to schedule and appount was booked for that same day, perfect. My mistake was not asking the price. I was booked with Melissa, I believe was name, I showed her the picture. Asked what she thought with my face shape, she said she thought it would work. She did a razor cut which I was actually excited about my sister use to get amazing texture from a lady that razor cut her hair. I've never had one so I didn't really know what to expect the process to feel like, pretty sure that razor was not as snap as it needed to be. After the cut she said she left it a little longer on top because of my face shape, okay not a problem. I saw it wet and thought okay its close I'm sure the layers will show up when it's dries. As she used a roller brush and dried it she says I forgot to ask what side you part it on. I think this is odd because how do you cut layers into hair without knowing the side part, I had assumed she had cut it towards the side it was parted on when I came in. After she finiahed drying it she teased it, I made a comment about going back in time to the 80s. I paid $50 before tip for less than 4 inches removed and split ins froma dull razor and teasing. I wish I had spoken up while I was there but I hate making a scene.Service: Haircut

I absolutely love getting my hair done here! I've gone to Kirsten twice and she is amazing. She is so detailed and precise. I always leave extremely happy with how my hair turns out. I wanted to do vivid colors and she made it happen! She was very educated and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend!! ?Services: Hair coloring

I feel terrible because I don't remember the lady's name that permed my hair yesterday I think it might be Tanya but anyway it was amazing she gave me exactly what I wanted and as for the price so much cheaper than the person that I paid in Washington for my hair to not be wavy at all so 100% satisfied thank you so much I will be back

Horrible experience and very unprofessional staff. They just cancel your appointment without even informing you. I would never recommend it to anyone. I regret wasting my time and relying on them.
