All I can say is, WOW! What a wonderful experience I had with the manager Rene' in Rolla! She was so pleasant, so understanding, and so patient with me! Because I was in crunch time, and stressing out about getting a storage right away, for all of my belongings. She gave me the best deal, this storage was nice and clean and kept my things safe! So if you're looking for a storage unit, you've got to go talk to Rene' in Rolla. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Rene', you're the BEST! JRððŒð€ðºð

I reserved a unit days in advance of needing it. One move-in day, I was told the unit I reserved was not available and I could purchase a large unit. Their phone operators aren't capable of doing anything but reading a script and it wasn't possible to reach anyone in the Rolla office via phone.

renting this space from Rolla Safe Keep Storage took a bit of time, however, i experienced little to no problems with the process. mine was all done online! a mate of mine hopefully is bringing a truck tomoz, n i'll have 1 or 2 more hands to assist with getting me things moved from me old 1bd apartment (me old home is scheduled for demolition starting the 15th) n into the storage unit. this is me first time ever renting a storage unit, for any reason. i especially fancied the availabilities n the prices for em. whenever i find another home, i'll be back to collect me things. much obliged to the staff at this spot for being very direct n to the point. see y'all soon! *smile*

This facility has excellent communication with their clients. I feel my unit is a safe place to keep my things. I love that it is gated. It's a clean and easily accessable. I highly recommend Rolla Safe Keep Storage.

Used them today absolutely the best, friendliness, easiest, and awesomeness.Honestly it was a very tight schedule showed up to the center 30 mins before closing and had to call a number on the door i was immediately disheartened, Called the number waiting to hang up on them. So glad I didn't do that I had my storage in less than 30 mins with a phone call....highly recommended!!!!

Excellent storage facility! It is very secure, has very fair prices and Tammy (the manager) is excellent to work with. She even provided pallets for the floor of my unit at my request. You cannot get better storage in the Rolla Area..!
