What I appreciate about Kroger is that not only do they have a large variety of food and other useful items , but that every once in a while they have some amazing specials that no other store can beat , so that makes Kroger important to means my family. Please keep up the great work Kroger !

We love our local Kroger store. Many of the employees have been there for years and are very friendly and helpful! We appreciate the lovely staff, and the hundreds of dollars we save per month using the digital coupons. Thank you, Kroger folks!

Managerial staff here was more willing to embarrass a cart worker in front of a bunch of incoming customers instead of giving the correct instructions before a mistake was made.

Kroger deli closes "promply at 5" At 4:45 the deli guy said he would not sell me chicken, I would have to wait till 5 when it will be packaged and be sold upfront in case. At 5 the "chicken girl" walked past me waiting there for chicken to take it up front. So I walked my handicapped self up there. Then went bqck to deli, to be told I couldn't buy coleslaw from the deli, because it is 5:01. Prepackaged cole slaw comes in a 3 lb container. I don't need 3 pounds of slaw. So... I limped out to the parking lot only to have to drive to Price Chopper, who gladly sold me a pound of coleslaw. I also wanted the everthing bagels I buy regularly, but none on shelf. The kid in that department said "I need to come before noon if I want bread products". So... time to find another store that believes in customer service.

I will start by saying I live in St Louis and shop at Ruler Foods(a Kroger owned and mini store) and am used to their pricing of Kroger items. They match those of the Kroger in Troy MO. Why does this location mark up the prices just to list the actual price as a sale price when IT ISN'T A SALE PRICE?????? The people of Rolla deserve better treatment then this as it highly deceptive and is an illegal business practice. Please stop this style of behavior as no one is buying it guys!

I tried to purchase a moneygram with cash. The desk associate refused to sell it to me because he thought that I was scamming someone or being scammed. I was sending the money to a close friend who needed it. I personally will not use this store for anything again.

The produce department is very nice. Also they have awesome Sticky Buns in the bakery section.

I went to Kroger’s to buy some spinach but the spinach that was on the shelf was a little on the bad side so I just asked the produce staff that was stocking the other items in the produce department if they had some more spinach that wasn’t on the shelf yet and they went and looked and what do you know the person was able to find some very fresh spinach that wasn’t stock yetThank you so much for taking the time to go and find that Spinach even though you were busy

Pretty amazing they have 12-15 selections of pre-made tea but only one unsweetened tea and the one selection of unsweetened tea is decaffeinated. Have been in this store several times and they stock every brand of Milo tea except, you guessed it, unsweetened.Please stock unsweetened tea, not everyone likes sweet tea.

Store is small and cramped. Prices are high. The employees are usually ok but not always. The best thing about this store for me is it’s within walking distance
