I paid 225 a month for over a year. Went to get something from storage and found my vintage porcelain doll had been eaten by mice with their poop on the doll. I immediately took it to the office. Was told the unit is air tight, so no mice could be there. Was asked if I had a receipt for the doll.. I said, no it's a vintage doll worth more than the price tag, that was still on the doll. Was told I won't be reimbursed for what it is worth.. Was told I should have took pictures too prove it. Basically I was told I was lying.

They don’t clean up around the facility then refuse to refund security deposit when the leaves and trash from around the doors is blown in. This facility is one of the worst kept storage facilities in the area and that is saying something

The storage unit was clean when I rented it and had plenty of room for what I had to put in it. The payment was affordable and I enjoyed the service.

Secure facility. The containers have locks and you can add your own, outside lights on the units, and a gate with a code. But what really earns the 5 stars is the people. The owner came in on a Saturday to give me the key to the storage unit I rented online. It was his day off and he was participating in a softball charity game. The following Monday, I went into the office to sign paperwork. The office worker is the sweetest, friendliest person.Edit: They're also phenomenal with military orders! They worked hard to ensure a flexible timeline for me and were fine with moving out early and refunding money due to moving out early. Great company to work with!
