The storage unit was clean when I rented it and had plenty of room for what I had to put in it. The payment was affordable and I enjoyed the service.

Secure facility. The containers have locks and you can add your own, outside lights on the units, and a gate with a code. But what really earns the 5 stars is the people. The owner came in on a Saturday to give me the key to the storage unit I rented online. It was his day off and he was participating in a softball charity game. The following Monday, I went into the office to sign paperwork. The office worker is the sweetest, friendliest person.Edit: They're also phenomenal with military orders! They worked hard to ensure a flexible timeline for me and were fine with moving out early and refunding money due to moving out early. Great company to work with!

AVOID this place! Lack of reasonable security measures and maintenance means your storage is not secure. Avoid this storage.

We have been with Lone pine since 2011. When my husband had to leave the army we had to store all of our items as we were living with family. Starting out it was wonderful Carol was very nice to us gave us a military discount and because they didnt have one large unit she gave us two for the price of one and would bill us as one. And a very understanding person. She gave us a contract (currently looking through our papers for it). A couple years ago the units moved back to her sons hands who hired a realty company to manage. Since the exchange it's been nothing but prombles they have raised our rent with no notice (claim they sent emails or had the son call but this is untrue for us) they have completely went against our contract and never had us do a new one. We have had to call ever month to make payment because the website is not taking our payments as it should since its listing them as separate. We fell behind and in Oct Robert let us set up a payment arrangement it wants much but we have paid 150$ every month since, which is more than the bill. But now that Robert is gone they dont want to up hold that agreement said he didnt have the power to set that up. I didnt expect them to unlock our code till we were paid back up but it was suppose to keep them from trying to take our stuff and show them we are welling to work on it and keep our items safe. We are doing all we can to get our stuff and unit paid but we are also not in the area and have not been since 2012. Really miss Carol none of this would have happened and she would have at least gave us a new contract when the rates were raised. I feel as though we have been targeted now because we have no other options.
