Lowe's employees always seem very friendly and helpful, but excessively overworked and short-handed. Every time I need assistance with anything that they don't let customers do themselves, it's so often a 15-30 minute wait.
Lowe's would do well to not continue running this store on a skeleton crew.

Went to pick up some lawn equipment. The associate working the desk was unable to locate our order, but eventually, a manager showed up and found it. They did help load it in our truck.

This is Jared Cameron my uncle William Cameron will not come back to Lowe's in Rolla Missouri because of the self checkout system you guys need to go back to the old ways it used to be do away with the self checkout system and bring back the checkout lanes like they have in pro and lumber and outside garden you guys are having people in the community do the cashier's jobs

As a veteran I can say thank you for the discount, however self checkout... Last I knew I wasn't a Lowe's employee and I can't believe the only option on a holiday weekend is self checkout Lowes should be ashamed of itself!

This is the last time my husband and I will ever walk foot into this store. Customer service is zero stars. The gentleman that was an independent worker with the lowes vest on went above and beyond trying to find us help while employees were telling him go ask someone else. Meanwhile when I was done waiting and looking for my husband I walked past countless workers standing around in the back of the isles talking not helping anyone. I will gladly take my business to the st robert lowes. Always someone available to help or they are already asking you before you need to ask someone!

I am handicapped and currently requiring an electric cart to shop. There were zero other handicapped customers in the store, yet there were also zero carts available. I was forced to shop elsewhere.
