I really hate to write this review however, I purchase a bunch of items from here. I was aware of my warranties; my bed mattress didn't last in the first month I got it however we was badly sick with what believe was COVID at that time Feb-Marach, 2023 (we was already practicing social distancing and yes, we was unsure what we had at the time till we was able to see a doctor) but I did get in touch with them about what to do with my warranty on my bed box spring mattress I had a huge hole in the bottom of it and I sent Pictures of it to them through the email address and I also sent it to Pam's Facebook messager she found me on social media to complete , my delivery. I did get one call back but I missed it due to not being well I was in the doctor office, I missed it well I gave her a call back once I regain my voice I actually called back twice on different days and each time I talked to two different employees and both said so sorry to hear you were sick hopefully you get to feeling better Pam will call you back later today and never did. They got the evidence they needed the box spring mattress had a hole in it bigger than my fist. Not happy with how it all went down not able to process my claim with them over my bed box spring mattress.

PAULS FURNITURE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! She willingly sells damaged furniture without acknowledging the customer of it, extremely racist to customers who are not white, has delivery drivers pick up furniture with bed bugs and termites and puts it in trucks with brand new furniture, does not give employees a paycheck stub, no way to check your hours worked and forced to work through lunches, zero preventive maintenance on delivery trucks will only take the cheap way to minorly fix the problem for a very short time. Also attempts to resell used furniture from picking up old furniture. Also no maintenance on warehouse's so there is mold and mildew on part of what the furniture is wrapped in. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

I have never walked in one store in my entire life, and the sales associates did not greet me until I went to Paul’s furniture store in Rolla Missouri today. We walked through the entire bedding, section looking for bedroom sets, and they had two employees sitting at the cash register, who never even walked through to see and inquire if we wanted to purchase anything. They didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked into the building. I’m glad because now I know not to spend my money with potential racist people. If I were the owners of Paul’s furniture, I would definitely question sales associates that

We had the best experience with Paul’s Furniture in Rolla. We bought a beautiful leather sofa and loveseat there a little over a year ago. We had an issue with the moving mechanism on the sofa months ago and they came out to fix it immediately. During that time, I showed them where the stitching came loose on one piece and where it was wearing prematurely on another piece. They called this week and said they were coming over. I expected a needle and thread to fix the stitching and maybe some rubbing out the other piece. But they showed up with BRAND NEW pieces for both. I was beyond excited and happy! We have bought a lot of stuff there and will continue! Anthony was the best - competent and friendly, and was complete with the project in 20 minutes!

Always Helpful and honest with pricing. We drove 1 hour back to visit their store to look for a new sofa set because they always do us right. Ashley furniture lasts a long time we bought our furniture from them in 2012 and it still looks beautiful ...

Walked in expecting not to be approved for financing, Pam helped me get approved & was able to pick out a beautiful sectional sofa & a top quality recliner & still had money left over for later purchases ? and they delivered that day, thanks so much Pam, we will be back❤️

Our daughter is a student at Missouri S&T. She moved to an apartment and needed bedroom furniture. We found Paul's Furniture Outlet of Rolla online and hoped we would be able to find what was needed. Not only did we find it, we had a fantastic experience because of Pam. We are from out of town. We called the store and Pam helped us get the furniture ordered and followed up promptly when it arrived. We arranged to have it delivered to our daughter's apartment. The delivery team set it all up for our daughter. She also picked out a desk, desk chair and mattress after visiting the store. They added that to our delivery order. She called us to tell us how nice everyone was that helped her. The prices are fair and the service is the best. This is the place to go if you need furniture.

Went in and bought new couch, loveseat and tables. Everyone was very friendly and they had it delivered that day. Will definitely be going back for future furniture.

The owners of this place are SO greedy. I do not recommend doing business or supporting them. They also call Ashley’s Furniture anytime anyone sells their Ashley brand furniture and demands they suspend their account with them because they can’t stand to see other people or businesses succeed.Pam is awful.

A good selection of furniture to choose from and the salesman Cameron was very helpful with making sure I was financed even helping me clear up a bogus transaction on my credit score. ?
