I brought my 70 pound german shepherd in today (09-05-2025) and WOW. Dustin did his nail trim and was absolutely phenomenal. We had concern as our boy has a very limited history and is a rescue. We did not know how he would do getting his nails done but he was so excited to let Dustin pet and befriend him. Dustin knew his excitement was not anxiety so much as energy and just pure excitement. He has him done in less than 10 minutes and walked out with my boy looking brand new. His nails are well clipped and he encouraged him coming back for a grind to help keep them short and healthy. I have had awful experiences in the past so this was amazing to have my boy cared for and understood that he truly identifies as a very good boy. Give Dustin a raise you have a new regular grooming client in Midas.

This is the worst PetSmart groomer that I have ever dealt with the manager here sucks not the manager of the store. It’s the manager of the grooming. She is the biggest jerk ever.! Don’t deal with her unless you absolutely have to they changed their price from what they quoted me on the phone to what they quoted me at the end of the grooming session and of course they blamed it on me Have vision problems and they said that they told me before I signed the paperwork. Taking advantage of someone like that is of course one of the worst type of people I’ll ever meet and that’s not even counting the fact that they made her ears uneven!

They have multiple dead/dying/injured betta fish completely neglected at the front and two of the most depressed green cheeked conures that you will ever see(@$750ea.), one of which has been there, complete isolated for over 8 months and has stopped preening. I'm debating on hotlining them.

They did an excellent job on my furbaby. She was so soft and smelled so good after her grooming session. They gave her a cute little toy and bandana.

Don’t bother with appointments, god knows they don’t. Even if you confirm 24 hours before the appointment they don’t pay attention and over book themselves so they can’t do express grooms and then don’t bother to call you and tell you not to waste your time driving over there. Every time I make an appointment I make sure to call and talk to whoever will be my groomer and every time they set the appointment knowing my dog will lick his paws if he’s left alone in a kennel and then it’s the same over booking bullshit. I’m done with this company, clearly they shouldn’t offer services they cannot provide. I’d give them zero stars if I could.
