Worst, most painful and crooked pedicure ever. Nails aren't cut straight and felt like she was trying to dig out underneath my nail. Toe still feels sore.

The absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! He butchered my toenails! He was so rough and filed my toe nails so hard that I had bleeding. He cut my cuticle with clippers when he went down the side of my toenails. The cheese grater he used on my heels, felt like it was ripping my skin off. My nails were uneven, and there was paint all over my cuticles. I ended up walking out never what I ever recommend this place.

Terrible experience! The staff had one of their young children there and depended on us to watch her. She climbed all over me while getting my pedicure and the parent said nothing about it. She had even came up and smacked me at one point. We left before my polish dried because she had pulled some of my hair out from hanging on me. Will not be going back.

we called for our appointment a week and a half prior, they overbooked and/or didn't even put our appointment down and was telling us we had to wait. she was about about to do my nails, then she turned around and said i would have to wait.

My gel manicure is chipped after 4 days of daily living. Ive never had one chip. Low quality service. I would rate 0 if I could. I was able to walk in and sit right down, should have been a 🚩. There were two other clients that came in around the same time and it seemed if the techs were in a race to see who could finish first, you can tell in the quality of the work. They were unable to do the cateye manicure I requested, then they were out of the next 2 color options, forcing me to go with a fourth color selection. I was nicked on my cuticle, the polish job was sloppy and uneven, with air bubbles, and the bead of my pinky was only half smoothed out leaving the other half of my nail with a the bead bubbled out on the side wall. I could have done a better job at home.

I got my nails done for my wedding and when I came back in to tell them that they hadn't went all the way back to the end of my fingernail. They argued with me after spitting on a $100 in their place, they refuse to make it right. I will not go back.Neither will my bridesmaids.

I’m new to Rolla as a college student and was looking for a nail salon nearby. I have to say they did amazing!! I did go in the morning so it was not as busy. If there is a line it’s worth the wait. Everyone was kind and quick. Definitely recommend.

This used to be the only place in town I would go. Over the past year or so they’ve really gone down hill. Kelly is very rude. They don’t answer the phone and on the off chance they do, they’re always too busy. She literally told me “I’m the only one working and I don’t want to” I have since taken my business elsewhere and am much happier.

Almond nail shape was crooked and very rough and when asked to redo, she got angry. She had the nerve to say these were $65?? I had to go to Leon at Top Nails to get my nails fixed immediately after this.

Went to get a regular manicure today. The technician said it will be a while due to all of the nail technician were busy with other customers. While I was waiting another customer arrived she sat beside me as we waited. Why did the nail technician call her for the next service knowing I was there waiting already for 30 minutes. This will be the last time I set foot in that establishment.
The first time I went was no problem. This time was like night and day. Had my nails done at a more professional establishment.
