This may not be the prettiest hotel but it's definitely not the most expensive either. The breakfast looked ok but we didn't try it because we went to breakfast with family.
The staff was very nice! They did not hesitate to bring us a couple of extra towels. We will stay here again.

The room and cleaning service were very good, no issues there. But my overall experience was spoiled by the behavior of the staff at the front desk. He was sitting there chewing something that gave off a very strong and unpleasant smell. This is extremely unprofessional, especially in front of guests at the reception. Even though the facilities were fine, such behavior made my stay very uncomfortable and unacceptable for a hotel.

Quality Inn was an okay place to stay. The room was functional, but the property itself looks a bit worn out and could use some updates. Still, it served its purpose and the day was nice, so that helped.

My family and I had been driving for almost 12 hours and needed a place to sleep for a few hours . Front desk guy was very sweet and accommodating, the room was nice and very clean . We slept got up and had their breakfast which was really good . Definitely recommend to stay here .

This hotel was my home away from home during my contracted time in Rolla. The staff was so friendly and a comodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable. And breakfast was a provided plus! I will definitely stay here again if I have a need in Rolla!

I'm booked the room via Googled the phone number. Called what I believed to be this Hotel. I have been going through cancer for the past year and it is terminal. I was a late arrival. 3:30 AM.or there about. We were having flooding rain storms and Thunder storms. I had paid for the room for days and they asked for the debit card again. I refused to give them my debit as the fee For safety safety deposit. I had asked about this when I talked with the gentleman and was told that they didn't have a safety deposit. So I was surprised tierd cold and wet. I was turned away. I am still waiting to hear from them 36 hours and in my car later still waiting. I have not seen an. Email or any resolution of the situation.

If they wouldn't have kept my money, I would not have stayed. I reluctantly made a reservation, sight unseen a few hours before arriving. Even though there were less than a dozen cars in the parking lot, they said it was a non refundable reservation. Maybe it's because it's old, but these rooms were not nice at all. I'm sorely disappointed.

When I-44 closed during my road trip due to the winter snow in Feb 2025, this Quality Inn was a godsend. The service and kindness by all the staff members was amazing. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and well appointed. Though unplanned, I had wonderful stay here as I waited out the highway troubles. When planning (or not) your trip to or through Rollo, stay at this Quality Inn for affordable and exemplary service

This Quality Inn was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, eggs, sausage, waffles and more. The staff were very accommodating.

Stayed overnight while travelling through. Older, well maintained, clean hotel. For the basics and a place sleep overnight with a free breakfast, it works fine.
