Wish there was an option for no stars. Thats what i would give. You all had a great store when you opened up and now probably in the last 2 years its gone down hill. Dirty cluttered, disorganized the list goes on.

Store needs to be looked at for re training or shutdown. I’ve already stated in an email I won’t shop at this location again and I thought I was just in my feels about it but there’s other reviews on here about the similar issues I had. Open your eyes district manager before your store closes for good

The lady at the dressing rooms was very easily tempered and seemed to be in a very bad mood! Very awkward and wouldn’t recommend trying stuff on here!

Dirty and not clean. Employees are rude. Management is terrible. Shop else where.

The Rolla location is extremely bad. The store is a wreck. Merchandise thrown all over the place. Air conditioner not working. Very hot and stuffy inside. Employee complaining about it. There was one employee at the checkout and she was chatting with another employee who was off that day. Long line of customers. Finally another employee came up and opened a register. She was sick. Great, now everyone there will be sick. Never going back in that store again
Clean it up , please!

Check the clearance sections first. Great deals across the store. Take your time so you don't miss a good buy. Where there is a Ross there is generally a TJMAXX. Look at both to complete your shopping.

Good deals and lots of selection problem is with a clothing store you need fitting rooms available which every time I come in here which has been more than a few times they only have 2 available and about a 30 min to hour wait to try on clothes. Be prepared to wait if you don’t know exact size

Giving a 1 star is being generous! I witnessed a young cashier being berated and humiliated by two coworkers in front of all the customers in line just for asking for help! She was the only cashier working and was swamped with a huge order! Wow!! Very unprofessional! Will not be back and will warn others!
