Notice to all and warning to active duty military. This business does not have a good understanding of the active duty military tax requirements filing in multiple states and lacks and follow through and customer service. My last year’s taxes still aren’t complete and I now have a notice of collections. Despite my personal visit and continued contact with Schmidt and Associates they failed to file my NC taxes correctly, had to file and amendment, failed to follow up on it or with me and it is now at the point of collections.
