Informed they would only fill "7 days" of prescription due to insurance. Would not accept cash without running insurance. I would rather pay the full retail than have to drag myself in severe pain back every 7 days on a 30 day prescription. Also, very unsympathetic as to time waiting, I don't think standing for 30 minutes is an acceptable wait time. All in all, bad customer service and questionable motives, "go buy a 10.00 coffee in our shop while you wait."

They did not have my full script but told me they would have it by the next day. I pick up what was available and came back the next they. I was told it didn’t come and “sorry”. Since they gave me some of the script they could not send it to another pharmacy that had it in stock. If they could not meet the needs of their customers they should have said that in the first place. Since I have to leave town I had to pay to go to an urgent care due to it being a Saturday to see a doctor to write a new script to be sent to a pharmacy that actually had the medication. Sinks was unwilling to help in any way.

My doctor ordered a prescription refill for one of my medications Friday. It is now Wednesday and Sinks still doesn't have my perception in. They keep telling me that they have to order it and it'll be in tomorrow. I'm getting really tired of this response, especially since this medication is vital to my everyday life.

Sent in a script at 11:00. Was first told they had it and it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited. Next I was told that they didn’t have have a script at all. I called my doctor and the said Sinks confirmed that they had received it. My husband went back. They said they didn’t have the medication but were going to mix up something else that would work (antibiotic) and it would be ready in 30 min. Came back 45 minutes later and they said it wasn’t ready and asked me to pull around and wait in line again. My poor son is really not feeling well and getting him the antibiotic has taken all day and has been a nightmare. Walgreens is even better then this.

I have been using Sinks for over 10 years! Great friendly and courteous people! I get a weekly vaccine and Brian on 10th is the best. Would not think of changing pharmacies ever!

You won’t find a better pharmacy than Sinks, OUR hometown pharmacy!! If they don’t have it they can get it usually in ONE day, not dayzzzzzzzz like some other pharmacies in Rolla & that’s because they understand the needs of their customers!!That’s exactly why I have referred several friends to my sinks who were having trouble at their local pharmacies. I’m glad I did because they couldn’t be happier!!! Sinks was built on “CUSTOMER CARE” It still stands true today ? Thank You Sinks for being the best part of Rolla Mo?
