Outstanding customer service! I've been buying cars for 50 years and this was the easiest, timely and most satisfying experience I've had. We did 75% of this transaction over social media and what was discussed is exactly what was presented when we arrived at the dealership - 100% transparent, truthful and honest. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Our salesperson Daniel and the Finance Manager Don were fantastic!!

Have not even been there yet. Only talked on phone with them. We think one of our pets thought key was toy and ran off with it. I was talking with Charlie and then Ricky in service about what our options were. They were so very helpful and professional! Highly recommend Taylor Chrysler Jeep in Rolla !

I can't put into words the customer service I received when my car was having some issues. Shelby went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of with zero inconvenience to me. He sent his guys out when it was freezing rain and ice and made sure I was good to go. Robert and Ryan were the auto techs that came out and they were very informative and let me know what the issues were. I have been going to Taylor's for a lil over a year and I don't plan to go anywhere else because you just don't find customer service like this much anymore.

Just cant thank you enough. Everything was made right?Edit/Update - Long story short, interaction with this dealership occurred during the TCM recall on Dodge Darts. They tried to help, after the replacement the car was NOT 100%. Just off. A few weeks go by, contact dealership because of having safety concerns about the car acting up. I was told bring it right in & they looked at it ASAP. Told me it was okay, parts wearing in etc. Not even 72 hours after, the car died in the middle of an intersection on an incline. Now, I have no other choice but to find a vehicle. Any vehicle. That's where the initial review comes into play. They went above and beyond to help my hysterical self, however during that time we were being sold on the "My Sky" roof option on a 2020 Jeep. It sounds great, MySky in trade for "Basic" interior..however a little over 3 years of owning & we never use it because its not practical, especially when it opens like a regular sunroof, too, minus being able to see out the window/allow light in. Yesterday, for the first time ever, the roof wouldn't close. Not didn't close, didn't close all the way, WOULD not close. I was forced to physically assist the motor trying to shut it. It took control after I helped & thankfully closed. Today I stopped by to ask if there's any known issues, would someone look at it (out the window) and just tell me if the panels are on level/correct and was told No, but I can do next week..for base price of $150+..because "some other people just had a similar issue & it was cheaper NOT to fix"..at this point I'm not sure what we're going to do other than not use it..however the fact that we've done nothing but bring not just our vehicles, but family as well, religiously to this place just to be treated the way I was (and it wasn't mean nor hateful, simply transaction ONLY for the technician) Also dealt with the collision center due to a deer incident..and the response/interaction during that entire time (3+ months) of them having said Jeep..its just left a me in shock, quite frankly. I used to love talking to the guys about cars, from salesman and new vehicles etc to the mechanics and the strangest thing they've fixed etc, to now feeling like I did something wrong for using them as my dealership/asking a stupid question type of vibe.. And I did research the issue prior to showing up, and didn't expect a full service interaction in the least, I found some frequently missed issued etc, but didn't even get a word in due to the transaction aspect of the visit. Truly sucks. Also, the MySky roof took place of ALL "luxury" interior. That was the "trade" having the basic, bare minimum interior but having the roof.Y'all never fail to exceed my expectations! Youre the only people I'll trust with my vehicles!

I called about a Jeep I saw on their website since we live more than an hour away. Michael helped me with all the details and answered all our questions. Everything was ready when we went in for the test drive. They were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Love my new Jeep!

I appreciate the honesty of the employees. i thought I had a "fog light" out and asked them to look into it. I expected to replace it. They told me yes it was out, they checked it and fixed it. It was a lose wire, They could have told me I needed to replace it. Excellent service each time I take my car in.

The service department performed a good amount of work to my jeep and through the process they kept me well informed. A couple weeks later I had an issue and called in. Without hesitation “Shelby” went above and beyond to make things right. I would absolutely recommend their service department to anyone as they stand behind their work. I have not yet dealt with sales but if they’re anything like service I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them.

This place is wonderful, my car had a recall on it and they got me in right away and fast. I prefer this place over anywhere else in Rolla. Highly recommend going, and they always have a ton of choices for vehicles as well.

They hade a fair price and got my truck in for engine replacement. They found an issue with the engine I was putting in .No engine installed, had to send back. Friendly people and overall good experience.
