I am very disappointed with my experience at this bank. I am from out of town and attempted to utilize the ATM. I was told my card is not “compatible” with this ATM and now unable to retrieve my card until Monday, this is Friday evening at 6pm. I would not recommend.

The Bank of Missouri is one of the best banks around the Rolla area, as far as customer service, friendly staff who know you by name and treat you like family. I'd like to make a shout-out to SUE, who has been with this branch for many years. She always greets me and my husband by name and is very efficient at her job. Keep up the great service, Bank of Missouri!!

Great bank to work with. Great management and a staff that is always ready to help in any way they can. During a recent illness I found that the entire bank staff from top to bottom is filled with persons who care about you. Not only as a customer but care about you just as a long time friend would.They are our family's friends. And we love and highly respect each one.And lastly, you could not find a greater bank in which to put your trust.

I opened an account years ago in Jackson. They learned who I was and recognized me there. When I moved to this town, the staff of the Rolla branch quickly learned who I was. Every time I come through the drive through or the lobby, it is a very pleasant and welcoming experience. The staff genuinely care about hearing how my day has been, but they also don't push any conversation into wasting time or similar.I have had some experience with lending from Bank of MO as well, and I can not recommend this branch or this bank enough. The entire company is very pleasant and easy to work with, including the 24hr service line.

I have updated my review. ATM ate my card. The atm tried to spit my card out but after 5 failed attempts the faulty machine finally kept it. Its christmas month so you can imagine how frustrating it's going to be to wait for a new card with the 7 to 14 business days wait, so our 24 days till Christmas is cutting it extremly close for shopping, your ATM machine has placed unnecessary stress on a already stressful holiday.
