Kindness That Turned My Day Around
I had to return a used trash can Amazon mistakenly sent me, and let’s just say, I wasn’t in the best mood that Sunday morning. But when I walked into the UPS Store in Rolla, everything shifted. The gentleman who helped me (also the owner) was beyond kind, patient, and genuinely uplifting. He could tell I was a little cranky, but instead of rushing me through or having an attitude that mirrored mine, he took a moment to remind me that life is too short to carry around negativity.
That small moment of compassion meant more than he probably realized. Not only did he handle my return with care, but he also didn’t charge me for a box, just one more act of generosity that made my day a little brighter. His kindness and positive outlook stayed with me long after I left, and I truly hope I can pay it forward the way he did for me.
Thank you for being a kind human and reminding me that there’s still so much good in the world. This wasn’t just a package drop-off, it was a reminder that a little compassion goes a long way.

I live 45 minutes away from the UPS store.
I showed up a few minutes after they closed. As the workers were walking to their vehicles, one of the workers spotted me and motioned for me to drive back to the store.
He took my box I was returning, went into the store and came back out with my receipt.
His kindness was truly appreciated!

A complete circus and horrible customer service. I went in for a mail box took everyone working that day to help me out just to be told they had to call the post office to see who was supposed to doing the mail.. I was told they would call me back and never heard from them since ..

I couldn’t say anything better about this place, they are wonderful. They are so accommodating and so quick. Paras is so kind, and sweet, and always quick to help. I always enjoy chatting with him while he his helping me. Everyone else is just as helpful and friendly. It is a wonderful place and feels like a wonderful environment as soon as you walk in. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. 10/10 customer service always!

On July 11, 2024, I went to the UPS store in Rolla, MO to fax a document. I was anticipating a routine hum drum event. What I experienced was so much more. While my document was being faxed, the owner and I had a very positive encouraging conversation. He told me about his inspirational life story. He came to Rolla eight years ago, and he worked at Wal-Mart. Now, he owns his own business. He has a strong work ethic, and he encourages people to pursue their dreams. He loves this the USA! He is very patriotic. Our conversation gave me hope. It is gratifying to know how much people love this country and are willing to achieve their dreams and help others! God bless the USA!

The owner Paras is wonderful, we love shipping via UPS. They are fast and our products are handled with more care than with other carriers. I especially value his commitment to the community and his support of other small businesses. He will go above and beyond for his customers. Thank you!!
