Terrible customer service. There is a reason this bank has a 1 star rating. Take your money ANYWHERE else.

My brief experience with the rolla location was a disaster. I went there to send a wire transfer, they totally messed up what was a simple thing, when I attempted to call them, I soon discovered that they don't answer the phone. Very disappointing. I don't recommend that bank
