This branch is a joke. Their hours are terrible. They're not open on weekends and they don't do walk-ins. You have to schedule appointments. My last two phone appointments were not honored and I had to go out of my way to contact someone yet again. The drive-through is always backed up and you'll be lucky to get through it in less than 30 minutes.When you call the local branch number no one will answer. If you try to reach someone through the local number you get directed to the online customer support. If you are trying to get through to the local branch you have to call the local number, pick 'other options' when prompted, and say 'branch representative'.Recently, I tried getting my name off of a student account and was told by someone named Leena that it wasn't possible. I literally did the same thing a few years prior at the St James location. The staff at that location was actually helpful and it's a shame they closed it.Leena was also extremely rude and kept cutting me off and speaking over me. I told her I would be taking my business elsewhere and I stand by that decision. After 10+ years I've closed our savings account and I've opened a checking account with Phelps County Bank. I will be closing the checking account at US Bank as soon as I get direct deposits updated.Side note, the only time they've gone out of their way to contact me has been when I closed the savings account and recently, when I emptied all the cash out of the checking account. Suddenly, I get a 'courtesy call' reaching out to see how I'm doing and if I need anything.

This bank is the worst I witnessed their criminal spiteful crooked actions towards a widowed mother of two kids they purposely hold and refuse to release this lady’s money that has already cleared making her wait 21 days after she’s waited and struggled 6 yrs fighting for it in court should of released it at seven days. Poor lady had to come up with police officers that’s sad sorry and pathetic of the branch acting like that the branch makes there own hours and there hasn’t been one time I haven’t had to wait hour or more in drive threw seriously they should have on helmets so they don’t bump there heads on the windows when they lick ‘‘em sad sorry and slow idiots make people so mad obviously there’s a reason this bank has the worst reviews I’ve ever seen anything more then one star is a fake review they should just close it down and get out of this town ! Don’t bother replying to me please don’t waste anymore of my time I’ve seen enough 1.8 review says enough don’t you think I’d be embarrassed if I ran such a location this way you should quit your job let someone else who can represent the branch better and get the reviews up

My brief experience with the rolla location was a disaster. I went there to send a wire transfer, they totally messed up what was a simple thing, when I attempted to call them, I soon discovered that they don't answer the phone. Very disappointing. I don't recommend that bank

I needed to change my last name as I recently got married. Walked into the branch and was helped immediately. I even opened up a new savings account. I am very happy with this bank.

DO NOT use this bank! They make errors on accounts when depositing money and US Bank should closed this branch!

Always have trouble with this bank when I deposit money or transfer money as they will most of the time put the money in the wrong account. Usually only have one teller at the drive through and with cars filling the parking lot all the way out to the main road. The changed their hours so now I can't get off work in time to cash my check and their not open on Saturday. The ATM is usually down as well.

Not near enough help at this bank. Need tellers! Went through drive through today and only one teller for three lanes. The other two blocked off. Business account lane was backed up to road. Pitiful. I have banked at this location for years through several owner changes but think it is about time to change. Poor customer care.

This bank is a joke! So if you need a real bank, please! Don't even think about it. I literally just opened my account 2 months ago! And I will cancel it. Limit of 1000! Per day! 2500 weekly? What if I have to pay my rent, car insurance in the same week? ???? oh, also, there is no way you can extend the amount of spending cause you have to wait a year at least! Not even online transactions can be more than 1000 like how! So if you have to buy something go to the store pay 1000 and tell them I’ll be back tomorrow for the rest! ????? I just can! So I guess perfect for a teenager no for an adult

I'm not sure of EVERYONE there, but I've been getting brushed off for a year now as I've tried to close an inactive account. The girl yold me over the phone today (1st time in a year to get someone to answer the phone) that they can't close an account without coming in (but they're never open). Just call customer service. They'll do it without hesitation. It's really a shame they prefer to make things uncomfortable or more difficult for customers.
