Watched the mailman stop at my mailbox and not put anything in it, even though I had a package out for delivery. It was then marked as “delivered”, even though I never got it. Almost $300 dollar item.

I have lived in MANY rural locations, and the service in and around Rolla is absolutely awful!!!! Amazon packages are 5-8 days late 90% of the time, and sometimes there is no mail for days even though the weather is fine. This has caused many issues with items expected, but not delivered! UPS & FEDEX have no problems.

I was supposed to have received a package delivered to my front door. Never received and I am retired and was home all day. Watched mailman deliver mail to box and he never even walked towards my front door. Next thing I receive is a notice my package was delivered to my front door. I then call post office number and repeatedly jumped through their hoops and never got to talk to a real person. They then send me a service request to fill out and wait. What a joke. I hope somebody is enjoying my bottle of salsa I paid for to be shipped to ME!!!! What a joke.

I wish I could put no stars, lazy rude ppl that do not care about you. they let some random person take my package and wouldn’t even respond, then when they told me about it they were upset at ME. unprofessional and just pathetic workplace

Usps gave me a estimated delivery of the 9th they then purposely delayed that package so they could group them all and send them off in one trip. Which for one is illegal. When it finally arrived at the Rolla post office 4 days late, grouped together they refused to give them to me even though i had valid id and the tracking numbers saying it will be delivered tomorrow. I will not ship through usps anymore and DON'T recommend you do either.

The USPS is completely pathetic and rolla is more than useless. The postmaster has lied to my face. They won't help you and they don't care. All of them should go unpaid until they can prove that they can scan, and ship things. Two of the most mindless jobs that exist. I hope you all have as shifty a holiday as you make everyone else's. I mean why be liars on top of everything else. Just be honest. But like all government departments they lie take our hard earned tax money and willingly lie and not do their jobs. I wish I could live my life like that, must be nice

I ordered something from Amazon that was to be delivered via USPS. Son waited around all day for the large package to be delivered. Showed out for delivery by 7:45pm. At 5:40 received a text saying "Held at Post Office At Customer Request". NOT TRUE! I never requested that! I would guess they didn't want to mess with delivering the large box.
The next morning he went by to pick it up from the post office and they had no idea what he was talking about and weren't willing to put any effort to look for it. He showed them the message about it being held, but they said they didn't have it. I then called and asked where the package was they finally tracked it down...on the vehicle to to out for delivery that day. I will say the lady I talked to on the phone was very polite and helpful.

This is one of quickest USPS facilities I’ve experienced. Almost always, my packages arrive and are readily processed for delivery in just an hour or two! I know that I can trust my stuff will be delivered in good quality and on time. My only complaint is that sometimes they don’t update when a package has been delivered on USPS tracker, and this is a concern for me because my neighbor’s dog will run off with and destroy packages if he sees them first.

This Rolla Post Office is not managed properly. It took approx. 30 days for them to return a piece of certified mail. If they followed the rules of business they could of delivered it to the bank during business hours. These mail carriers are idiots.

Left an “sorry we missed you” note on the door. We were home feet from the door. They never knocked. A part very needed was to be delivered. The note was left at 7pm at night? Now I’m to take more time off to go to the post office? And these people make 75k+ a year. What a wast of tax dollars.

The post office branch in Rolla , Mo. is the most incompetent office I've EVER dealt with . I've been trying to get a package delivered and a postage paid for package returned since APRIL 7th, and it's now MAY 16th . This is ridiculous and the employee's there are rude and NO HELP AT ALL ------

This USPS has got to be the absolute worst ever. I'm still waiting on a package that was supposed to arrive on 4-26-24 and it still hasn't arrived. The update on the package says its out for delivery, but it's been that way since the 26th. Today is the 29th and still haven't gotten it. Pure laziness on their part.
