While on the road, we had a call from someone who claimed our account had been hacked. It was a scam, but we didn't suspect that until shortly after the caller had hung up, when we received a message about new charges. We stopped at the Rolla, MO Verizon store shortly after, and Lamar Wilson took great care of us, made sure the charges were canceled and answered all our questions. He couldn't have been any nicer or any more helpful. People like Lamar are the reason we stay with Verizon.

If you want great service, look for Lamar. He's the most friendly, efficient, consistent, and in my opinion a model employee. I've been to the store 4 times and each has been a great experience because of him. He was also able to FINALLY get my named changed and scanned correctly into the system. I recommend Lamar’s superb customer service to anyone in the Rolla area.
