First Walgreens buys everyones pharmacies and doesn't say anything. Then they mess up the prescription and can't even transfer the information correctly. I'd seriously recommend using someone else.

This is a horrible Pharmacy I don't recommend that anyone use these people they do not know what they're doing been waiting on them to fill five prescriptions for 3 days them to feel five and still no luckprescriptions going to find a better Pharmacy that is not this dump

I went to Walgreens to use some of my Walgreens rewards to help purchase a whole gallon of milk and some other items but when I got to the store there was no gallons of milk? So I thought no big deal they could just tell me when the next delivery would be in but I was informed that they will no longer be getting gallons of milk? so I thought to myself that maybe the drugstore doesn’t sale enough milk to keep it good long enough!!!Maybe they would have powdered milk in the dry good Section of the grocery part of the Walgreens store put the stuff that help me look could not find any anywhere ? you would think they would Carrie gallons of milk. On the Plus side of things they do have good nutrition drinks ? for a decent price with the Walgreens reward!!

We spent over an hour waiting for a script for a rescue inhaler to be filled. We were told in the drive-through that it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Then they gave us an attitude about waiting for our script and told us that we needed to just leave and wait for the text. Half an hour later, we returned and were told that if they didn’t send us a text message then it isn’t ready, and they would not be able to give an estimate as to when it would be ready. Finally, after getting fed up with being disrespected and dismissed, we called sinks pharmacy and had our script transferred. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Absolutely unprofessional pharmacy staff,very rude and disrespectful. Walgreens has lost my family's business forever. Look elsewhere!

A family member uses this pharmacy because it is the only one we've identified that accepts his insurance. Every single month there is a problem with getting prescriptions refilled. We literally end up picking them up in another town half the time. If you have options don't go here.

The absolute worst pharmacy in this town. I just picked my medicine up, I'm still in the parking lot while writing this review mind you so I don't forget the details.I pull up to the pharmacy window and tell the guy I have a prescription pickup..he asks my last name and I tell him and he says $35.51 and I asked if that was with my insurance and he rudely said "that is with your insurance"Paid and he didn't say a word afterwards, not have a good day or thank you.You're a grown man in a customer service job it is your job to be kind and polite to people, do it!! Grow up!!I normally go to Walmart where I pay very little or nothing, I can barely walk so I chose Walgreens because they have a drive thru. Big mistake on my part. I'd rather pay $500 for medicine than to come back to this pharmacy.The employee is covered in tattoos (not a bad thing) just a description and has shaved hair all around his head except for the top. Looks like he tried to hid his name tag it was bent and upside down but it said Christopher, not sure if that's his first or last name.Worst customer service at a pharmacy I've ever experienced! I'll never in my life go back here and will tell everyone I know not to go here because of this guy and this experience. I've never had good experiences here that's why I go to Walmart but this one takes the cake.

Waited 7 weeks for photos. Called twice and went in once to see if they were ready and they said they didn’t have them yet. Called today and she found them and it turns out they have had them ready for 6 weeks.

Had a very bad experience today with Chris from the pharmacy.I had a prescription order submitted a week ago. For several days I was getting notifications that the drug was out of stock but more was on the way. No problem, I kept checking the website each day to see the status and it was always the same.Today the prescription doesn't show up in my account at all. No status. No indication that the order was even placed.So I decided to call and I get a guy named Chris on the phone. I ask him what the status was on the prescription. He says it's out of stock. I asked him if they have any idea when they will be getting more. For no apparent reason he starts getting very rude."NO! There's a shortage."So you can't give me any indication on when you get your next shipment? I asked."NO!"I then ask about the prescription not showing up on my account on the website. I said, "I just want to make sure you still have my order because I'm not seeing it in my account anymore."He says, "I stored it!"I said, "I'm sorry what does that mean?""I stored it! It's out of stock and I stored it!"I said, "Ok, so you have my order and you are going to notify me when it's ready?"He then hangs up on me. Unbelievable! I wasn't being rude or demanding I just wanted to know what the situation was.It's time to find a new pharmacy, I guess.UPDATE: About an hour after this review and my call with Chris I received a call from a very nice woman from Walgreens notifying me that my prescription was ready. How is it possible that Chris had no idea when my prescription would be ready? Saying it was out of stock, a shortage, ect. Then it is filled just an hour later? That guy needs to be let go.

I would give -stars if I could. The man working the drive thru window is horrible. He's rude and ignored me when I ask to speak to pharmacist as to why a script that's normally covered by insurance wasn't. This isn't the only rude/uncomfortable issues I've had with him. He's awful and needs a different profession or a different position there. I'm switching pharmacies. I would suggest others to do that same.

The gentleman who works the drive-through window pharmacy is absolutely the most non personable person working there. Hes rude. Not helpful at all. He does not have customer compatibility. I dread every time I have to go there to get scripts. I would walk inside, except I'm handicap and the drive thru is much easier. But I may have to start going inside. ?

Rudest I've ever encountered. I love the go to remark, We'll get to it when we get to it. Or they call tell you to pick up your prescription and go through drive-thru and they don't have any thing for you. I showed the text to the rude window operator and she wanted to argue.
