Have been paying for Internet for 3 months have had Internet maybe 3 weeks. They will not come out and fix the problem they just want me to do pings then say they will come out but don't. Would not recommend I'm looking for a different company.

You get charged for speeds you don’t receive!! Have been trying to get our wifi to work for months!! I feel like I’m just throwing money in the garbage with this company the ladies in the billing department are completely RUDE! Do not recommend!!

I haven't had a great experience with this company. My service is out all the time and the billing staff is rude. After years of trying to get it figured out, I'm exactly where I started, shoddy service.

Don't get the speeds we pay for and they always want us to do their job for them to figure out what the problem is. I would not recommend them to anyone for internet or any other services that they provide.

Been a loyal customer for like 12 years now, quality of internet is consistent, and very good considering the other options for our Rural missouri area. We can stream HD just fine on multiple devices at once, we don't online game so no comments on that.They are fast to get service back up and running in the very rare event service does go out.Best thing about them they are a LOCAL, and LOCAL OWNED family business that cares about customers, can't say that about the big corporate companies with traveling repair crews days out..

Ok so we moved to our very rural house 2 weeks ago. Upon our first week of service it was constantly going off and on & I work from home so Wifi is very important. The antenna on our roof was from the previous owner. Who knows what condition it was in. After troubleshooting for about a week they solved the problem (which was hard because it was not cut and dry, it was not making sense to ANY of us) Although I felt frustrated at the issue while it was happening, I REALLY appreciated the customer service & them not stopping until the problem was solved. The customer service was unmatched. They said they would come out between 3 & 5pm and I thought they just didn't show up. But then I got a call to inform me they were running behind and a tech was still on the way. They worked on my house at 8pm last night and as a business owner, that tells me a LOT about the customer care the owner provides to its clients. To still be sending someone at night time. That level of service rarely exists today & it absolutely needs to be acknowledged. If this would've been my previous provider (very big company) we would’ve been out of luck. Now my Wifi is just as fast as it was in the city. I didnt think it could even be this fast out here. Thanks Wave, we look forward to many more years with you guys.

We have had wave internet for nearly a year. The internet is extremely slow, it constantly goes out and it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. When calling to cancel service, they informed me my husband signed a one year contract with them. This information was forged due to my husband being out of state at the time. It is impossible that he signed any contract. They hung up and cussed at me on the phone as well as refused to send a copy of the contract to my email with the lawyer on retainer information. Save yourself the headache and don’t get their Internet.

I can't say enough positive about this company and the owner. Very prompt, very knowledgeable. I live way out and their service has been the best! I highly recommend this company. He is always quick to respond back if I have a question.You won't be disappointed!

Wave is the worst wifi service besides CenturyLink we do without more then we get service as as soon as something better comes along we will be changing services I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy

After having awful internet for ages, we found out that had been using our hardware to give our neighbors internet as well, making both exceptionally slow and not working at all fairly often. Not right when we were both paying full price for what was supposed to be good internet.

It's wireless, for gosh sakes! Honestly, we weren't expecting much but were very pleasantly surprised. For those of us living in rural areas of Missouri, with no access to fiber or coaxial cable service, Wave's wireless service is heaven sent. Wave would not sign us up for service unless it first determined through a "site survey" that the topology and distances would allow for sustainable service. We were told, because of the limitations of our location, we could expect at best 3Mbps service, which is what we subscribed for. . . that said, we regularly get 10Mps up and down. Only during brief periods of the heaviest rain do we get signal degradation. The service allowed us to work from home during the pandemic. Zoom and Team meetings work just fine. Streaming Netflix, Hulu, Amazon . . . perfect. The only extended downtime so far came after a bad storm with lightening damage on the radio tower to which we connect. Service was fully restored within 12 hours. Zach (the business owner) and his crew work seven days a week. (I know because I've reached Zach by phone on Sundays.) This is a locally owned business that has earned my loyalty and respect. BTW, we tried a well-known satellite business. The speeds were not great, and the latency was terrible. Streaming services buffered a lot.
