I have sold and purchased 5 different properties with Ralph and Williams Real property. Now I’m in the market to buy another. I have contacted Ralph and he has never offered to help me now. After several months of waiting I guess it’s time I find another realtor. It’s sad I gave that much business to someone who doesn’t appreciate the business. As of now I will avoid his business and his properties.

I have rented through Williams Real Property for almost 2 years now. They have always been excellent with open communication as well as efficient about maintenance and or repairs. They have also been very helpful and informative about trying to buy a home. Absolutely the best group I've ever rented through.

We were first to submit on offer with an escalation clause on a house that Ralph was the listing agent. Mr Williams did not agree with the clause and told sellers not to even look at our offer. He changed the terms of sale to be highest and best so we were forced to take out escalation clause and submit an offer that was lower than our high on the escalation. We were willing to go much higher and are preapproved for a VERY large mortgage. But because he insisted on highest and best, his clients missed out on our offer which would have been more. I will never do business with an agent that cares so little for his clients. So any house, regardless of how good it is, I won't look at if this agency is the listing agent.

I bought my first house through them back in the spring and Ralph helped me through every step of the way! Wouldn't go anywhere else now to buy or sell a house. Gave it all to me straight and never tried to push me into something I didn't like or couldn't afford!
