I arrived and signed in for a pedicure and a gentleman took me back pretty quickly. I had no toe nail polish to be removed and didn’t want any toe nail polish to be applied. I asked him to just file my toe nails, no need to clip them. I paid extra for upgraded pedicure because I wanted the scrubs and massage. I was looking forward to a relaxing 45min to an hour, so when I asked him instead of polish if he could just “buff” them a little, he said that would be $5 extra! I declined. I paid $45 dollars and was in and out of his chair in 25 minutes. I know I didn’t want polish or need toenails clipped, but expected more than 25 minutes with the upgraded pedicure. I was in and out of my chair and the woman next to me, who was in her chair being serviced when I arrived, was still getting serviced when I left. So disappointed.

This place is amazing. I go here to get my eyelashes done by Kim. Ask for Kim personally no matter what you are getting done. Whether it's a manicure, a pedicure waxing or eyelashes always ask for Kim. She is the best at everything.

I would give 0 star if that was a option available. This place is full of arrogent people who don’t have manners how to talk to their customers. Person who was doing my nails was really unprofessional, did not pay attention to what i told him to do and was just doing his own thing. I wanted a full set but they just reused my existing tips. I wanted short nails and he did not listen to it. 2 of my tips were broken, he added tips to it and did not match length to others. I wanted almond shape and he said that is 5$ extra. I politely asked i was never charged that earlier and he rudely said go on other chair. I could not take it and had a heated conversation with him. I wanted to leave from that place but the owner came and she insisted me to stay and gave me new technician. He did a good job but still i am not going to this place again. They dont listen to what the customer wants and just rush their services, lack professionalism and politeness. NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Excellent service, great personnel, and personal service. Full service nails, pedicure, and eyebrow trim. It's definitely a 5-star establishment!! Males and females both are welcomed.

Great service! The Owner is very clean and professional. Her work is that of a perfectionist!
Never left unsatisfied for nail services, gel and dip, pedicures, eyebrows and lashes! The other staff is also friendly and professional. AND the shop is SUPER clean all the time!

Me and my granddaughter got services there. My first problem is they didnt listen to what I wanted.My granddaughter got a pedicure and manicure. It was done so fast and sloppy the polish started coming off as soon as we left.
My pedicure lacked shine and luster and just looked like I had did it myself
I wanted a cat eye and had they listened to me they would have chose the right color, instead I ended up with a color I didn't like because it was not a color that they could do the cat eye on.
Less than a week later my toes and nails lack shine,my feet are overly dry and cracking and just look a sloppy home done mess.
If I have had more time I would've requested a redo on my nails cause I was so not happy.
I also agree with some of the other reviews, extremely rude, kept walking away as I was talking to her.
How you going to be rude and do a horrible job and then look for a tip!!!
My granddaughter who is 5 said this whole experience was horrible and that we not ever going back there. And I would definitely agree with that.

Got a pedicure, a medium priced one. It was terrible and the water was cold. She put the nail polish on my feet so globby that when I got home hours later and put socks on my feet the polish rubbed and smeared off. DO NOT GO HERE

The new massage/pedicure chairs are very comfortable. Lisa, my tech for years, is the best. AV Nails is always clean and bright and is located in a nice Schnucks strip mall. All of the staff are friendly. The pricing is also the most reasonable that I have found in the area. I strongly recommend for your next Pedi/Mani.

I went with a friend, I'm from out of town, I was going to have my acrylic nails removed, a manicure and a pedicure. the woman removing my nails began ripping them off using another nail and not soaking them. It hurt. I pulled my hand back and she mentioned me being a baby. I began to become jumpy and was holding my finger from the pain. she pulled her mask down made a pouting face and fake crying sounds and me and said "be a cry baby". I told her she should be soaking them off she was being incredibly rude and I did not appreciate her making fun of me. The woman doing my pedi felt uncomfortable. We all did. It was an incredibly unfortunate experience. She then stopped and walked away. The man working told me she would then soak off my remaining 4 nails.
