It's always helpful. The guy found a scent for my car that was smooth and warm vanilla. And they had a cap for my window washer fluid tank.

If I could leave half a star I would . Over the weekend went return parts , we asked for the driver side lower control arm and driver side upper control arm for a 97 c1500 , we received a lower control arm for the passenger side and a upper control arm for a 2010 Honda arcod , so naturally we reached out and they said they would refund us , so I got to the store and spoke with a guy named Brett and he tried to exchange it but couldn't figure out the computer some said to come back on Monday, so Monday comes around and we get to the store , Brett tries to send us to the wrong store to deal with the problem and they send us back to the location off of k were Brett is at to which it was figured out Brett and autozone had no intentions of honoring what they originally stated and had no intentions to refund or replace the replace parts. I am deeply ashamed by there behavior and how they decided to handle the situation poorly. We are now out of close to 400$ and stuck with the wrong parts .. I do not recommend this location and I do not recommend communicating with Brett or doing business through Brett. Horrible customer service , Horrible leadership.. deserve half a star

I wish I could give a 10 star review!
Our family was driving through, having just been to a Cardinals game. We live in Columbia (about 90 minutes away), and our alternator went out. We made it to an exit, but couldn’t drive any further than a parking lot.
Brenda Gordon, from this location (6798 State Rd N, St. Charles MO) was so kind and gracious, bringing the alternator to us. Actually, she made TWO trips, when husband discovered he did not have one tool he needed. She went back to store, got the tool, and even brought us waters. It was probably 95 outside.
What an amazing, out of the way kindness she showed us! We are forever grateful for her generosity! Please give this woman recognition for going above and beyond to help customers.

I went in on a Saturday morning (6-8-24) because my check engine light came on. The two people who personally helped me went above and beyond in diagnosing and giving my engine a thorough examination. I was pleasantly surprised.
I also noticed two other employees doing the same for another customer.
I have to confess, I did not expect this level of customer service, and was super excited to see this.
I am a loyal customer now.

Went to get my engine code read and engine light turned off, not their fault. I described what I thought the problem was and they clearly had no desire to look at my car. Described what he thought the problem "probably" was but offered no solutions. The other worker on the phone when I walked in tells whoever she was talking to in a whiny voice "I gotta go, I have customers." You don't want me there, I can go somewhere else.

Highly recommend this location! My husband is the service manager at a large dealership. So he usually takes care of any issues that I have with my car. Unfortunately, I ran into a problem that could not wait, during the recent snow. I’ve never purchased or replaced windshield wiper blades. It’s usually something that is done when I take it in for service or my husband takes care of. They helped me get exactly what I needed and then fixed the issue for me in the freezing cold. Thank you for the great customer service!

When you're considering a national chain auto parts store there are really only three things that separate them: location, pricing, and the expertise of the employees. To save time and irritation that last characteristic--expertise--is the most important. Today, en route to another errand, I remembered I needed a taillight bulb. This AutoZone was just ahead. I pulled in, told an employee what I needed, and he gave me the bulb number. I took off to the section then returned to him, confused by two very different bulbs having the same part number. He explained one was the OEM (maker's original) bulb and the other an aftermarket light that I would only have if I'd altered the car. I hadn't, so it was an easy decision which bulb was needed.
