Up charged for going with a friend
and requesting to sit next to each other. Many stations were open. But met with resistance to have side-by-side stations. Not friendly after we sat…. Translator ear buds let us know the stylists were talking “bad” about us.
Good service nail service but ## with attitude.##
Good place of you’re going solo. Seek other places if you’re with a friend or a group.
If you’re solo there is good value located by New Town.

I’ve been a customer for 9 years now and honestly these people are just the best. Greeted immediately and seated at a desk quickly almost always. Clean and calm environment. Are they celebrity level nails? No. But honestly if you are just looking for a quick French tip and eyebrows, stop by. Thanks!

I was recommended to this salon. I called and made a reservation. I arrive about 5 mins early and sign in. At my appointment time I am given a nail color book and assigned a station. As I sit AND wait I see customers come in and techs are servicing them. At 10mins PAST my appointment time I ask how much longer is my wait. The lady asked what time was my appointment. I told her she responds who made that appointment time. I said I did. I told her no worries and left. I will not be returning to give them a second chance. My time is valuable and wasting it is something I don't care to do!

My first time getting a pedicure everybody was very friendly and took care of me.. I was sleep within first 5 min

Would not recommend. Used to love going out but the worst manicure and pedicure. Twice my finger has been infected after their work and my nails are the most brittle from this salon. I tried to get it fixed and was told a 20minute wait. I am now going to have to go to a dermatologist for the second time over this finger.

Went in to have dip removed and new put on my natural nails. Man decided it was a good idea to just rip the dip off, along with my natural nail. In my 25 years of getting my nails done (and doing them myself) Ive never had them rip my nails off! Was so bad I started bleeding on their table and he continued to argue with me about that’s the only way to remove the dip. Young lady came over after that and suggested soaking them off. By this point my fingers bleed and I’m not sticking an open cut into chemicals. Photos were taken after blood was cleaned up and antibiotics spray was applied at home, nothing was offered by salon.
