Went to get an estimate to get my hood repainted. Was given the estimate of $400 and that it would take 2 days to do and to just call a day in advance when I want to bring it in. I called to make that appointment to get it painted and was told I must bring it in again for another estimate. I was then over the phone estimated $800 and was told the last estimate was just having conversation and he did not think I was serious about getting my hood painted. I will be finding someone else who wants my business and doesn’t take my time as purely not serious and only conversation. Beware of Bob

First time experience with this company and I like the atmosphere, I like the staff they are very friendly and helpful. I felt good about how honest they were and I will be back. I don't care if they are a little bit more expensive to me that is not as important as loyalty ???⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a woman I know very little about my RV engine but I do know a repair shop that treats you right. I feel very comfortable with having them work on my RV. Josh always takes the time to explain to me what needs to be done. And the cost of the work is very fair and comparable to on going rates. If I ever had problem with a repair I know the company would stand behind their work and the parts they use. This woman will continue using them and would recommend them to anyone. I am a week behind leaving this note. Kim and her team went above and beyond to get my camper in and evaluate the damage. When I came to pick it up Kim personally took me to my unit to explain the findings and make sure I had no questions. I will bring my unit back to have work done.

Very dissapointed. I purchased a 1999 RV from dealer early this year. Inspection passed, clean bill of health given to the RV. Personal guarantee from owner that they had looked over all systems and it was good to go. First time driving (after trip home from dealership) the check engine lights comes on. No power to motor. Took to local repair shop and they said it needed a new transmission. I have done business with local shop and trust them implicitly. I called Bob and let him know that the RV he turned over to me, in 'good condition', in fact had a bad transmission. His response is that there was no warranty. Once the RV left his lot, anything that goes wrong, even the day after, was not his responsibility. He did not offer to take a look at the motor. He did not offer to help. Just a, 'Not My Problem' anymore. Lesson learned.RESPONDING TO KIM'S POST: Thank you for your response. Bob and I sat for two long conversations. I am an older woman, first time RV owner. I asked multiple questions about the status of the engine. Is it reliable. Do I need to be concerned. Bob gets a FIVE STAR for sales. He told me over the phone that he has decades as a 'transmission specialist'. I raise an eyebrow that there were no red flags on this engine the day I picked it up - and first time driving the transmission has so many things wrong with it I am being told I need a new one. I would like to know where you can get a 2K transmission because the quotes I have had are in excess of $5K. I got a lemon for sure.June 28, 2023.Unable to add an addition comment so I am ammending my original post. It took months to get a new transmission in - $6K. Upon further investigation the mechanic says that the motor has 4 bad coils, and one is 'melted' onto the engine. The Power Train control module was bad and is being replaced at an additional $993. This RV was in the possession of Complete CAr and RV Repair for a year - per 'Joe'. How could so many things be wrong with it when he promised me that it had been worked on and inspected???? The RV only had 55,000 miles on it. Regardless of age - the body is in good shape. I feel I was mis-led. I am a senior woman who was sold a broken RV. I know they all whistled '******* as I drove off the lot. Buyer Beware! Especially you women!!!!

My husband and I had a check engine light come on at 430am traveling through St. Louis. No one was open until 8 or 9 except Bob at complete Car & Repair Center. Bob answered the phone at 7 explained the problem but by them the shut down engine light cam on. He told us to bring it in and ran some test change filter and on are way. Very professional and staff was awesome. Thank you to the mechanic that was working on 5 different things. I know everyone was busy, but they made time. Thank you very much.Jody and Ron SmithService: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are professional and do great work for a fair price. If anything, the waiting area is a bit sparse, but who cares!? I've used them a few times before and will again when needed.

I took my RV in a year ago because the slide wouldn't retract properly. They said the frame was bent, but since I hadn't used it, I couldn't imagine how it happened. They said it would cost $2100+ with an open invoice because labor could drive the cost up even more. I declined and brought my rig home. Didn't take it out last year. I decided this year to get another opinion. The house battery needed to be replaced since it was the original 6 year old one and I took it to another shop. The slide works perfectly and it only cost $190.00! I shudder to think how much it may have cost to repair something that wasn't damaged and find out wasn't even the problem!

Stay away! They had my car for almost 2 weeks and did nothing, after they sent me the estimate audit total that was agreed on by them and the insurance company they tried to get even more money from them and not communicating to me at all. I will never recommend this place to anyone. And if you have to deal with josh he is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever talked to. STAY AWAY this is a terrible place of business. Found out after this post Bob barks (owner) not only was trying to scam them for even more money from my insurance after they agreed to repair my vehicle at the price that was agreed, he cursed the lady out at my insurance company. After the fact lied to me saying he couldn't get ahold of them (as josh did also) and that's why they had my car for 2 weeks and never called me to tell me any of this was going on. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I didn't quite have the same experience as others. I just needed an inspection so I could Register my 2002 Chevy Avalanche. I called and made an appointment with Josh. They ran whatever the required diagnostics were and had me on my way quickly. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention one interesting detail , they have a built in dog park on premisis. The next time I come in to get work done, I can play ball with my beagle! This is a fun whimsical place complete with vintage firetrucks, old cop cars, a giraffe and a dog park and they do good work! Recommend!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We had an a small disaster with our RV on a cross country trip and we were fortunate enough to get towed here. New Brakes, wheels, tires, aluminum wrap fabricated and installed, slide unbent, hitch fixed, They had us back on the road and looking great after 1 day and fixed a spontaneously broken water pump in my truck at the same time. They treated us like family friends the whole time, and even had a dog park for us. They literally saved our trip to the Great Smoky Mountains. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
